Convinced my parents too. Asked my friends if they'd join me because frankly speaking I was scared of doing this alone.
Ultimately I did it alone. The overall distance was ~3300 kms in 6 days which gave me a new perspective on long distance riding, endurance and physical fitness.
The entire trip was a mixed bag of events where: I almost hit a cyclist at 100+ kmph (he saw me coming and still decided to cross the road), I got admitted to a hospital in Bhubaneshwar because my kidney stone problem struck at the wrong time costing me a full day and a few tourist places, I gave my sister a surprise gift (with my mom coming there as well), I realized that Bhubaneshwar traffic and riders are a bit slow w.r.t my riding habits, I got to spend a lot of time with friends and loved ones, I had an interstate G2G (kind of
) with Odisha XBHPians and finally on the return leg I came to know that 2 friends of mine had met with a gruesome accident resulting in plastic surgery and repair of a broken skull. But one thing stands out - Odisha guys have an awesome hospitality. I felt like a king throughout! Thanks guys. Especially black asp.

I'm still quite tired and recovering from my own exhaustion, but here are a few 'trailers' for now.
P.S - Since I missed a few places and the sad last leg, there are relatively less pics than one would expect from a large trip as this.

now get the metre running.
:P
