Dot worry about anything bro... Get your tyres filled with the tyre sealant to safe guard against potential flats. You have ample of pumps all along the way to keep your tyre pressures under observation. You would just be adding weight by carrying air pumps and stuff. Disclaimer - purely a personal opinion

About the spares you should not be needing an extra clutch cable if your clutch wire is pretty new though it would not cause any harm dumping in a pair of cables though.

Honestly i feel bhai you getting a little too tensed about this ride. The least I can say is just enjoy the ride. I carried a whole toolbox just to be on the safe side which just added to the load.

Dont bother with spare bulbs and fuses since town on the way has mechanics and loads of pulsars. I did not carry a single fuse or light or wire on my ride.

Day 1 : Bangalore - Pune - NH4 / AH47
Day 2 : Pune - Lonavala - Panvel - Thane - Mira Bhayandar - Vasai - Dapchari - Vapi - Navsari - Kamrej - Ankleshwar - Bharuch - Vadodara - NH8
Day 3 : Vadodara - Jarod - Halol - Vejalpur - Godhra - Lunawada - Malpur - Modassa BP - SH5
Modassa BP - Samlaji - Kherwada - Udaipur - NH8
Day 4 : Udaipur - Mangelwad - Chittorgarh BP - Hamirgarh - Bhiwara BP - Nasirabad - Kishangarh - NH76
Kishangarh - Dudu - Jaipur BP - Shahpura - Kotputli - Neemrana - Bhiwadi - Gurgaon - Delhi - NH8

From Vadodara you can also take NH8 to Ahmedabad and then take the BP but I preferred SH5 since it is like riding on the clouds - outright amazing road to ride / drive on.

** Problem segments highlighted in red (road conditions - may have changed since August). Road conditions are slightly bad in the highlighted areas with diversions in some places.

Riding Distances :

Day 1 : ~ 950 kms
Day 2 : ~ 550 kms
Day 3 : ~ 350 kms
Day 4 : ~ 680 kms

If you notice that I brought down the riding distances for day 2 and even lower for day 3, this was done due to the long hours of riding taking its toll on the body. So by riding less on the preceding days Day 4 was comparatively less tiring for me. But then that was just me, each one has a different body mechanism though.

On the return I took a route through Goa. If you are taking that route then you could look at airbnb for some brilliant and crazily cheap options though I could be wrong considering that we are in the peak season for Goa tourism.

If you would be riding to Pune from Bangalore, check out Hotel Satish Executive. Its about 500 mts off the Bangalore Pune bypass when you would taking a right from Bhumkar Chowk considering you would be coming from Bangalore. The biggest landmark is Indira College of Science and Commerce. Tariff through Goibibo - INR 865

Hotel Alpha in Vadodra (Oyo property) is located near the railway station. Tariff through Goibibo - INR 740

Udaipur - Greco Guest House, Near Lal Ghat, Lake Pichola Tariff through airbnb - INR 1000
