To start off, Myself Shasthri riding CBR 250R and my friends who have joined with me for this trip are

Initially Myself and Raghav had planned for this Pichavaram trip in the month May 2017.
But Life has something for us every second with Twists and Turns and that too in the month of February and March in IT companies is always a Thriller movie.
I had my worst phase of my life during the month of March.
st 2017.
March 31st we were cleaning our bikes and lubing the chains. Then comes Mahesh my school junior, said that their parents are not gonna be in home for next two days and asked for our plans.
When we said about ride he just jumped on hearing it and said this is gonna be my first long drive. Raghav immediately had a gulp and asked are you sure?
Reason behind the gulp was Mahesh never went for any long trips before and learnt to drive only in 2016. Also he is kind of squid rider but we took the risk and included him but asked him to ride sensibly.
We have planned to start at 5 AM so as to witness the sunrise in Muttukadu boat House Bridge.

Side Note from Captain: Entry into the canal is restricted as per government. So if any higher officials are present at the day you go, then you shall have to forget about entering into canals.

We completed the boating around 1: 30 PM and started from the boat house by 2 PM and finished our much needed lunch in a small hotel but the quality of the food is definitely worth the money we gave.
We were just ogling the beauty of crops throughout Cuddalore to Chidhambaram highway also roads are well maintained
We had our good time in somewhere between chidhambaram and Cuddalore

We then went on to Pondicherry to fill petrol of course :P and to visit Rock beach and have snacks.
We started the return Journey by 5 PM and reached home by 8 PM
ECR night ride is always a thrilling and the travelogue ends with Sun calling the day off.

. I did a solo ride once to Tharangambadi via pichavaram. The ECR after pondicherry is just wonderful. Hope you enjoyed the scenic route. BTW how did you manage the heat?
