        Let me guess, is it a place near by Theni??

        I think the P220 pic above is on the way from Munnar to Theni.

            Yeah! This is also a possibility.

            But, You can also touch windmills if you ride to Munnar via Udumulpet.

                    Ananth, you are right that the windmills are near Dhrapuram, which is more near to Udumulpet. To reach Munnar generally the 'preferred and popular' route is via Mettur - Bhavani - Perundurai - Kangayem - Dharapuram - Udumulpet - Munnar. Of course, other routes are there.

                        this looks like a amazing place to ride. i was awestruck to see such beautiful roads surrounded with those lush green trees man. looking forward to read the log and more pics. my fav the cattle grazing pic.
