That bike belongs to Dilip, a friend of mine. I love that bike too. It has done close to 40k kms on the odo.

Ok guys here are some facts about the ride

4 days May 30th to June 2nd , around 1600 kms, 5 bikes, 5 bikers

Riders and their steeds.

Routes taken

Day1 - Chennai - Vellore - Krishnagiri - Sharmapuri - Metture - Avinashi - Pollachi

Day2 - Pollachi - Valparai - Sholayar dam - Athirampalli falls - Chalakkudy - Adimali - Munnar

Day3 - Munnar - Top Station - Munnar.

After that the gang split into two groups. Myself and Vignesh had to be back home by June 2nd afternoon. And the rest of the gang - Guru, Vicky and Dilip wanted to stay for another night at MUnnar and start back home the next day.

So we ( myself and Vignesh ) Started from Munnar by afternoon on day 3.

So here is our Day3 and day 4

Day 3 - Munnar - Pooparai - Bodimettu - Bodi - Theni - Dindugul

Day 4 - Dindugul - Trichy - Villupuram - Chennai

Some interesting(shocking ) facts

My bike (220) returned an average mileage of 43kmpl overall! When the mileage was calculated from Dharmapuri to Chalakkudy , my bike returned 50kmpl

Vicky(220) attained a top speed of 145kmph on the speedo

It was nice to see my speedo showing 145kmph.. but after discussing ive came to know the true speed could be 134kmph or 135kmph..

Great trip guys.. i'm unaware of your trip, and u stayed in pollachi ? i might have met you guys if i came to know your trip and joining you till vaalaprai ...

hmm.. thanks man.. the plan to stay at pollachi was pretty last minute.. Our initial plan was to halt at coimbatore for the night, but then the day before the trip changed our route cos' the accommodation at coimby became unavailable. We knew about you joining Ananth on his ride, but it did not occur to us then at pollachi to contact you.. If there is a next time at pollachi we'll properly plan up something. wokay ?
