            • thats real cool...
i am planning for a long ride myself...
all i have to do is convince my family back home..
i am in mumbai and i am willing to ride up to delhi which is approx 1100 kms via the NH8.
i plan to hault and visit all the xbhpians from all the cities i pass... that would be a good experience.

i traveled that far once with my family. we went to vaishnu-devi from mumbai in a sumo.. but that was fun and had a whole lot of adventure...
i am sure this will be fun too... once i am in delhi i could plan another short 2 day trip and then head back home...
i am not too sure if my brother would acompany me.... in his zma... if not i am already prepared to ride all alone... but this would happen in feb'05 lets hope for the best...[:I]

              • hmm ok ok, good luck for your ride. riding to leh thru manali from delhi would put a bike through a lot more torture than a ride from bombay to delhi though the distance is the same. so you really needn't worry about your bike.
