I so badly want to do a Leh trip after reading this post. Beautiful writeup! The pictures are too good and mouth watering.

I bet many people like me would have added 'A Roadtrip to Leh' on their 'Things to do Before I Die' list. Cheers mate!!

Though typing the text isn't a big deal, but selecting and cleaning up the picture is a tough task for me.

Thank rachit for such inspiring blog.many years i had dream to ride to leh on my own bike but people said it is impossible to ride on the bike after reading you log i know i can also do it on my bike.finally this Saturday myself with same xbhpian we are starting our journey to leh form Mumbai.we are taking manali leh route is that route is very difficult many said not take that route but i like to do it this way only.you also done same can we do it .
many in my group just inspired by your blog thanks once again

Thank you aatif for such wonderful words buddy..! Am glad I could be a small reason for your motivation, unknowingly

. Even first time I went ladakh, with a similar reason. Never knew how ladakh looks like, what are the places there called. Was too nervous, excited, scared while commencing the ride. And theres nothing wrong about it. But the nature there encourages & makes you satisfied for the long & not so easy journey we undertook.
I wish you & your entire group, all the very best for the ride.!
Dont worry, manali-leh route is not a big deal. But it has to be slightly tough & different, else you wouldnt feel like doing a leh ride, will you..

Just take care of each other, be a family. Safety should be on top of your list then the schedule or anything there. You are there for enjoying the ride & not just reaching the destinations on your charts. Enjoy the ride & be ensured you will be gifted with some awesome memories which will make you smile the entire life.
