wonder pics and trips very inspiring to newbie

besides i wanted to ask how to manage long trips ?
in d sense i drive unicorn since 2 yrs but one a drive of 55 kms from mumbai to bhayander or vice versa i feel exhausted because back pains and to be frank i feel like my abdomen part is paralysed due to continuous strokes against tank

i badly want to make trip to lonawala which is a 100 kms but due to my expirience i m scared to go
