Awesome trip logs and the pics are really good maan.
I found it to be the best trip log written so far.

Even i am planning for Mumbai-Goa-Mumbai, but lets see
how the situation goes.

Nice blog sir, u r blog has inspired me a lott and for sure this year i m coming along with you to the Heaven called 'LEH'.

The pictures along with ur blog gives me the actual feel of reaching the highest motarable road in world. truly inspired by you mate. hats off

Hey Rachit,

Very nicely written blog, it really takes courage to write such a long blog and pics are just ultimate. I am planning to do this ride the next year with RE (Himalayan Odyssey 2011). Booked an Electra this year.

I was expecting the blog would continue even after day 10 since the path you had mentioned in the beginning was through a different route on the return journey and so was eager to read more adventure. If at all it is there, pls. post the link.

Himalayan odyssey is planned in the same period during which you had been to LEH. I think that is the best period to visit LEH. How much does the altitude affect the bike running and mileage?

Congratulations for completing this at least once in a lifetime journey.

Thanks Rahul, for the wonderful appreciation.. Yes I will be completing in a short while.. Already upto it..!! Yes, that was the best time to be in the mountains...
Altitude affects in a great rate on the bike's health, starts having hiccups & hence the mileage too is affected. Since you have a bullet.. You will surely have to carry enough fuel..
