x-men: Thanks for those comments...!! sorry to keep you guys waiting...my laptop crashed few days back and I'm restoring everything from the backup. The HX pics are safe, don't worry . I had two pics online - one posted yesterday... here's today's pic with a small narrative:

We were returning from Pangong-Tso when CJ's clutch plates got totally worn out. The bike was refusing to go above 30-40 kph in flat stretches...when we started climbing toward Chang La, the bike totally broke down. CJ and I were waiting by the side of the road while Bunny and Ravi passed us. We quickly decided that bunny and ravi would proceed and try to arrange for some sort of a truck, while we would wait for a truck to pass us.

5 min later, a BRO truck went by and we stopped it. We tried to get the bike into the truck by first getting the bike on to a rock and then from there to the truck. The first part was (relatively) easily done, however we had to start the bike and push it for the second step. We tried and tri
ed, but the bike just refused to start. The truck guy said that he was getting late and he went off... the truck just went a little ahead, we started the bike and heck.. it started... the pic totally summarizes what we felt
