Anyways will be in Delhi on 23rd June, can decide till then to move ahead via Srinagar or take the Manali - Leh route.
I have 15 days time, starting from 23rd. I am also considering going to spiti instead of Leh.
Still confused, can someone help me choose between the two or can I do both(doubt that will make any sense).

Welcome.

I haven't been to either of the two, so can't say for sure. But Spiti circuit is much smaller than Ladakh and can be done is less than 15 days.

Make itineraries for both and pick one. Since you have 15 days, I would say go for Ladakh and also include Zanskar Valley.

Btw, I'm myself planning for Ladakh in late August.

Bad news for guys planning to rent bike from Manali (I'm one of them)

Ladakh Bikers Cooperative Limited (LBCL) Leh and Ladakh has issued a circular to all its members that in future no Leh registered bikes should enter Manali. Conversely, no HP registered bikes will be allowed to enter the Ladakh region for any commercial activities.
This circular and action there from was prompted when Manali Bikers Association captured and held around 40 bikers from Ladakh captive on June 3rd and 5th 2017. These hostages were forced to load their bikes onto trucks and were sent back to Leh without any explanations given or questions asked.

Hi Lovely People. Has anyone here transported their Motorcycles to Delhi/chandigarh to ride the mountains from there on? If you have, which service was it? Rates and the overall experience you had? Pune peoples' inputs will be more useful since I an in pune and plan to transport the motorcycle from here. Any form of guidance will be highly appreciated.

If it's your own vehicle.
With 18 days..
Start from Delhi..

Route can be..

Delhi.. 1.Jammu... 2.srinagar.. 3.kargil.. drass .. 4.Leh.. stay in LEH to visit near by areas.. get proper rest adjust to the altitude... very very important.. this route is highly recommended as climb rate of this route is decent . Staying in 5.LEH u can visit diskit ... khardungla and come back.. night stay in 6.Leh.. start for 7.pangong lake.. then 8.tso moriri... 9.sarchu.. 10 spiti. 11. Manali. 12.manali stay.. 13 delhi.

I am planing for a bike ride to leh/ladakh on a 100cc bike with my wife on our first anniversary -- but little worried about it will it be a good Idea to go on a 100cc bike (bajaj platina)

Namaste.

Of its a solo ride. Its quite doable..
But with a pillion.. a platina would not do justice to your plan on leisure ride...
Its a challenging terrain with loads of demands from the motorcycle and the rider as well... so at least a 150cc recommended .
That's my opinion.
