    ok guys, need ur valued suggestion and answers..
    I own a Karizma 2007 in stock condition.
    planning to change the tyres at the onset.
    please suggest TYRES(front and rear). I use my bike primarily for city commute but occasionally ride it for some long distances also( read Ludhiana-Delhi).
    cant afford to have different set of tyres for different occasions so is there any dual purpose tyre also available that can
    1) work good in city ride
    2) good road grip at good speed. (100+kmph)
    3) occasional trips to Himachal arears.

    am more interested in tubeless types for the obvious reason.
    please suggest, money aint a problem though would not be spending more thn I would be spending for my car tyre change!!! lol

      REAR: Nylozapper Q / VyoE / Y(stock)
      Front: 2.75-18 Zapper FS..

        Oye lappu, the reason behind this question is that B.K.Tyre lajpat nagar was adamant that 4.00-18 is equivalent to 100 setion tyre and was suggesting me to buy Michelin 4.00-18 for Apache 150.

        Now if I get the actual chart, I wil buy the right size and not heavier and wider tyre for my poor bike.

        Considering that I currently commute close to 1500 kms every month, mileage is a very important factor for my bike.

            Dude, put on the Michelin 3.25 * 18. It is available in Sai Iyengar & Sons, Lalbaugh road & even in Indira Nagar same shop name. Cost 1589.

              guys i am changing my rear tyre .. i own a RTR .. please suggest me ..
              i want a overall good tyre .. with a awsome road grip to pull off some good
              45 degree bends .. and also i ride insane . over 100 in traffic .. so i also need very good read grip .. but not to forget i also ride in rain .. so i want grip in water slashes .. my budget is 2.5 k .. any suggestios ?
              atleast it should cross 15000 km ,,,, also tell me the approx price ..
              btw i live in hyderbad

                get the R15's tyres amazingly sticky i do 80-90 in traffic until never any prblem with grip levels
                only the size seems to be not to everyones liking

                  R15's tyres are not available in the market for sale..!! as they are specially designed by MRF just for the R15....!!

                  But, you can get one if an R15 owner is willing to exchange his tyres..!!

                            Need a help

                            I want to upgrade my change my ZMA's tyre.
                            I need a medium tyre means should support light off road also. looking for only <=110 section tyre only. If 120 can be fit without modifying the chain cover also ok with me.
                            If it is tubeless I will be very happy. Not interested in Michelin Sirac.

                            Need some feedback about Dunlop monstor(tubeless??)/geo cruisers (tubeless).
                            Also I heard about CEAT tyres, any idea about this??
                            Hows MRF zapper-Q, but this is not tubeless.

                            I tried to get Pirelli SD 110 here in bangalore but could not find it

                                Definitely a tubeless tyre is always better than tube type. It is mostly economical too compared to tube type tyre.
                                Never upgrade without getting your basics RIGHT.
