@B7ACKTHORN Revz S is 130/70 AFAIK, it will not decrease the height. About MRF Zapper FS, no dealer here has it in stock in fact they don't know that it even exists. One told me it exists only in 18 inch and it is tubed. More info on the tire would be nice.

Is Nylogrip Zapper and Zapper same?
Downsizing won't affect the handle much, indeed shorter sidewall improve high end performance but sacrifice on ride quality due to the lesser sidewall. But considering a motorcycle +-10 to an extent 20 won't affect the performance negatively.

Nylogrip Zapper and Zapper are both the same, it's just a trade name. MRF NYLOGRIP ZAPPER C and FS stock spec for the 220

You can also go for R15 V2.0's rubber, and yes, it is a direct fit... Phenomenal grip levels have been reported by many users here. The rear is REVZ - S and front is FY1.

Well, I bought zma purely for touring and I've clocked 31k+ kms today. Most of the mileage was munch while touring. Tarmac most of the times but I've not denied off-road mischief. So looking for a decent rubber to grip while touring. Thank you.

How big is it while comparing with r15 v2 rear stock tyre (130- 70/17).

I'm looking for the rear tyre which is yet wider and should be fine for cornering at the same time....More importantly size should be 130& below. suggest me bro...

Your tire is gone after the puncture Sir?

The best bet would be the mrf zapper q. Using it in the splendor does the job well. My friend has michelin sirac and it was great to but it lacks the rounder profile of the zapper q

You can surely look into the MRF FY series and also the FS too. Why not go for Michelin, heard those are pretty decent. You also have PSD too. Also look into TVS tyres, they have a lots of offerings for ZMA front.

i have dirt prepared rx. front wheel is 18" and rear is 16".
track where i planned to practice is away from my place so using pure offroad tyres on tarmac while traveling to and fro track would not be a good option.
guys, please suggest me dual purpose tyres mainly for off-roading and jumps and could withstand 60kmph safely on road.

                Thanks in advance.

Look nowhere else than CEAT. They have vertigo sport for the usage you specified. They are trusted by RAID DE HIMALAYA Riders since a pretty long time. You also have MOTO series in MRF>

                    thanks for suggestion.
i heard about harder compound of MTOT-D, is it correct?
these tyre looks more on street side than off road to me, i might be wrong, but my usage would be opposite to it. ie more off-roading and less street.

i am keeping option suggested above as second best option and will keep looking for one which fulfills the requirement.
anyway, thanks once again for ontime reply.

Yes you are wrong. The harder the compound, the good it is for off roading and slush riding, the softer the compound the better it is for road usages. For obvious reasons, the button type pattern on these harder compound tyre will deliver power to the ground by literally ripping through the dirt/slush or gravel and the softer compounds and the tread design of the road oriented tires helps them to get warmed up pretty fast and then grip the road, also aiding in channeling out water from between the tarmac and the tyre surface.

'i might be wrong' was regarding onroad/offroad ratio.
                        but thanks for details.

There is no ratio brother. Its just, how you prefer to use a particular product. I used to ride my CBZ Classic with the CEAT Vertigo Sport doing the duty in city too. People does a little offroading with R15's with road tyres too. Add to it, out roads are as good as off roading in some places. But as you specified that you need good offroaders, so those are well respected tyres in that regards. Also, you really have a very slim chance that you will get anything else than these. Even these are too hard to find in some places of India. So, good luck for your hunt. By the way, out of curiousity, what are other options you are being suggested?

After reading opinions, experiences and talks with members around, decided to stick with stock tyre MRF Zapper FS 2.75x18 for my zma front wheel. I may have hurried my decision, hut did not have any negatives against the stock tyre. Also, please take a look at the tyre pic...it is never mentioned 'tube type' on the tyre which I usually find on my M45. Also, the tyre wall has some distinct material at the edge and colored reddish.

Also, can ZMA run on 3.25 18 profile and google chart says it equivalent to 100/90. Just curious. Any help appreciated.

                              Hi Sriram,
You can try calling this number and find out if he has the tyre in his store- 09008790567
You can give a thought on Michelin Sirac Street front tyre, I am using the same from last 10k kms.

Sorry..did not check the last post from Sriram. The stock tyre becomes scary in wet conditions. I had to change it in 12k kms However few of my friends used it for 40k kms.

                                Hello friends...
I am planning to change both the tyres of my Yamaha SZ-R. I am looking for all terrain tyres with good wet grip if not best because I am planning a long distance ride from delhi to srinagar, aru valley, betabh valley, leh ladhakh(leh ladkakh is not final because it will depend on number of leaves I'll be able to get from my job). Another reason I want to change tyres is because I feel nervous at times on wet roads during monsoon with stock tvs tyres. Please suggest me some good options. Also let me know if ceat vertigo sports or mrf mogrip(meteor or moto D) can solve my purpose or not.

                                My rear tyre size is 100/90 x 17 and 2.75 x 17 for front.
