    Guys I am about to change both front and rear tyre on my FAZER as it has crossed 20K on the stock MRF Rev Zs

    I have narrowed down to 2 after some research..

    1) MRF Zapper Q (does it also have front tyre in Fazer size?)
    2) Michelin Pilot Sporty

    Any other suggestions are welcome.

    My usage is mostly city commuting and some touring.

      Replace with the stock set if you're use is mostly city and occasional touring. 5-5.5k for the pair.

        Aren't the above 2 mentioned better over stock? and plus the same price range?

          Better for what ?
          For the kind of riding you require, the stock does the job just fine and it'll last longer than the other two.

            The stock is very prone to punctures..I was looking to get better one.

              Hi guys. I need some input from those of you who have used the revz c as a rear tyre on the CBR250. I'm planning to change the stock contigo's (lasted 22k btw) to the revz c at the rear and the revz fc at the front because I heard that these tyres are much better than the stock ones. While the revz fc is a direct fit to the front wheel the revz c is 150/60 right. From what I understand this should'nt be a problem as the tyre will fit to the rim but I just want to know how this would change the dynamics of the bike ( ie handling, top speed, fuel efficiency etc etc ). Any help will be appreciated.

                Hello Everyone.

                I am looking to replace tyres for the KTM Duke 200. My last two sets have been the MRF's and I am now looking for a tyre with better grip. The tyre sizes are
                Front - 110/70 R17 TL
                Rear - 150/60 R 17 TL

                I would like to stick to the same sizes.

                What are my options other than the MRF's? Michelin does not have the tyres in this size for the rear.

                Any suggestions and contacts if any in Bangalore would be appreciated.

                P.S - I am sure this question has been asked before. Please bear with me. I am not patient enough to explore all 600+ pages.

                  Hi Nixtrix. Not sure about Bangalore but i'm pretty sure michelin pilot streets are available in 150/60 size. Check out the video review of the tyre on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qG1BQ_DbnT4. The other option would be the metzeller tyres that come on the 390 which retail about 18000 for a set. Hope this helps.

                      You can try Ceat Vertigo Rage 130/80-17. My friend used this on his FZ as it is a direct fit. It performed exceptionally well on Ladakh roads. Cornering and braking was good as well and it didn't lose its line. Best part was 0 puncture on those roads. Stock tyre would have had holes in it. Its a good on-off road tyre.

                          Need help regarding choosing tyres

                          First of all I'm not good in English,

                          I'm in search for off road Tyres for my bike, size 3.00 18 I checked couple of tyre shops(mrf,ceat) but didn't got what I'm searching for.

                          What I need is those kinda off road Tyres being used in motocross ,
                          Where do those racers buy Tyres, if they importing it, let me know how can I have to do the same.

                              Which tyre for yamaha fz16

                              I know this has already been discussed but back then when the thread started some of the tyres wer not tested to get a proper review.. Probably there are people out there now who have used and have useful experience which can be shared among fellow xbhpians..

                              Now, fz version2 has tubeless tyres.. Adding that to the scene.. I have shortlisted 2 tyres..
                              1. Michellan pilot sport 3
                              2. Perrili sports demon

                              Please suggest which one to go with.. And if possible.. Place of availability..

                              P.s.: My stock tyres MRF revs-y is now 9 months/17000 kms old and can withstand another 1000kms i guess... So u can understand the road condition and my driving style..
