Here is the TYRE conversion chart so u can easily know what tyre is of what size. 3.00 is interms of inches but not calculated mathematically i.e 1" = 25mm but in tyre the measurement is different.. Don't know how..!!

I know GeoCruiser lasts very long, infact its hard to believe but on one of my frens CBZ Classic Geocruisers ran for 64k kms

This shows how hard the rubber of geo is..

In my place i can get only the following tyres.
            > Dunlop Monster
            > Dunlop Geocruiser
            > MRF Meteor
            > MRF Zapper Q (May be different Zappers available too but personally i hate Zappers )
            > Ceat Vertigo
            > TVS Jumbo

So Challenger 101 or Dragon is out of question...!!!

Ok 1 more doubt, couple of frens said Ceat Vertigo is tubeless but here the dealer is telling it is not tubeless. And he says the tyre is sealed with tube within it.

Whether the tube is given bcz most of the bikes still have spoke wheels or Vertigo has both tubed and tubeless variety both.!!

For tubeless whether it will be written as TUBELESS on tyres??

You are right-My Fiero F2's stock rear tyre (90/90/18") was completely bald at 20K kms. I got the Classic CBZ's Geo Cruiser fixed. 48K kms.&no sign of deterioration now!

Yes, Vertigo has tubed as well as tubeless. Please double check&I think 'tubeless' will be written on most tyres as well.
AFAIK, tubeless tyres can be used on bikes with spoked as well as alloy wheels, but removing the tyre from the rim makes it lose the tubeless effect&it has to be used as a tubed type thereafter.
              Quench my thirst with gasoline!

Inder, actually I got the tyre for free. My friend used this Sirac for around 3000 km and he is selling his Zma (the same yellow karizma which got damaged engine due to broken gear). I just swapped the Sirac with my Monster. The tyre does look damn sexy for Zma.

Of course, the tyre is a bit heavier and caused a little loss in pick-up, but the feel is amazing. Solid grip on the road. Even cornering is faaaaaaaaar better than the MRFs.

Rachit, yeah the outer extreme edge of the tyre would touch the chain cover. But, my friend already used it just like that and the touching part of the tyre has already worn out. So, no issues with my bike. The part that has wornout, you never get to use it even in extreme corners. So no worries. I will try to take the pic of the wornout tyre and update.

                      Inder,
Congrats to you and your bike for the new shoes. The tyres looks damn sexy. Hope they fare better on you Zma. As I do not want to change the rear tyre any sooner, I think I should look at the front tyre you have got. Could you please post the pic of the front tyre?? How much did it cost for you??

Is the rubber of Geocruiser hard to touch also?

Too bad your choice is limited. However, think twice before going in for dual purpose tyres. Ride quality on good roads may suffer. Speaking from recent experience...

If its tubeless it has to be embossed on the sidewall. Don't believe dealers... they are mostly intrested only in selling whatever they have. Its your life and money that will be at stake.

If buying tubed, make sure you use tube of exact same size (I was duped in this respect), and its in genuine sealed pack.
