Which of the above are tubeless and what sizes do they come in? I only know that M45 is a tube tyre and also comes in 100/90-18. There isn't much info on the michelin website either, very inconsistent.

Michelin India Motorcycle Tyre website is at Home - motorcycle.michelin.in It has comeplete information on products available in the Indian market - which mentions patterns & sizes.

If u look at the sizes of M45, it says 4.00 18 which would be a 100 sized tyre. Correct me if I am wrong. I'd love to get the link that mentions the sizes of Sirac Street, coz I couldnt find it anywhere on the Michelin website. BTW, is the Sirac Street tubeless?

4.00 18 is closer to 110. You will find the conversion chart on many sites including the previous pages of Tyres thread at xBhp. For your reference, here is a copy attached.
SIRAC Street has just been launched a month and a half back and its sizes will be added subsequently. As mentioned on the site, SIRAC Street is a Tube Type tyre.
am in need of changing my FZ tyres, need help in selecting a best one. also am planning for a trip to leh region this year, so would be requiring a alternative other than the MRF (stock) ones. heard about Sirac is good but wasn't sure whether is there anything for FZ
Guys please suggest a good set of tires for R15 other than OE ones. I need decent grip both on good roads and bad. I want the sizing to be as close to stock as possible, which is 80/90x17 front and 100/80x17 rear.

For the front I believe the only option you have is the Continental Conti Go Continental Motorcycle Tyres*-ContiGO! I am using this on my bike and am quite happy with its grip. Is it as fantastic as the stock tyre? Probably only a track day might tell me that. For day to day use and long distance touring I dont find any difference in the grip. IIRC I paid around Rs 1400 for it a couple of months back.

Same was the case with another tyre somebody recommended for the rear. It was the front tyre of another bigger bike. Not able to recollect which brand.
I also noticed that the 100/80/17" size is also available. So that can be used for the rear.
Now we have many options for the rear though!

From the site that you sent me (it seems like an international website), 100/80/17" is also mentioned in it. I just noticed that. Going by the other sizes, I think all the sizes mentioned are for front tyre only. Then, how can they not have a central groove?
Moreover, the tyre shown in the pic is mounted on a spoked rim. Are you using it as tubeless?
Next, in the Pirelli website, MT75 is clearly mentioned under both front&rear. So it is ok for the rear. There are dual purpose tyres also&this could very well be one of them, but the ContiGo seems to be front only, so is using the 100/80/17" for the rear a good idea since it doesn't have the groove?
My assumption is: a tyre without a central groove can still be used for the front (my TVS stock 2.75*18" front tyre didn't have a central groove&was later used as rear tyre for the smaller bikes by the company), but a tyre with a central groove must not be used for the rear.

The primary function of a centre groove is to provide space for evacuation of water in wet and air on dry surfaces. Water and air evacuation techniques in a tyre are required more for the front and less for the rear ( since the front tyre already clear the way for the rear to a certain extent). However, centre groove is not the only way of creating water evacuation in the tyre ( v shaped and many other ways can be used.
To conclude, Neither Front nor Rear tyres need to have a centre groove for normal running. A centre grooved tyre can also be used at the rear and a tyre without the centre groove can also be used for the front ( if it has another technique of water evacuation in the tread pattern ). This is why you see some companies offer Front tyre without centre grooves as well.
I have a first gen Unicorn with stock tires. They have helped me with 43k ride till date but now I am having frequent punctures. I am planning to change to tubeless. Mostly I ride in city(Pune) but few times in year, I travel to Mumbai/Mahabaleshwar as well.
I have tried getting the alloys for Unicorn from Honda authorised center but no one has it currently .
Anyways, for tires, I was checking Michelin. Most of the variety I saw(with Darshan tires Pimpri) are tube type. If not for punctures, I would have opted for them. I saw pilot sporty@2200 at one place and liked it for rear. But now I saw some comment that its not good in gravels and got confused. Guys, is it worse than Zapper? For front tubeless (2.75/18)I am not getting options. Someone mentioned that Duro has that kinda tires..
Guys please let me know if you have any other TL options for tubeless(Last one would be to convert M45 to TL).
Also, please suggest it pilot sporty is good for Uni in my travel conditions.

Thank you Neil. I am looking for a set of tires that behave ok ish on broken roads. The stock ones are not good on bad roads, especially when wet. That is why i am looking for a less sportier tire and a more practical one. Are sirac streets gonna be available in 17" sizes? Then i will wait for them. Meanwhile I will check out the other michelin and pirelli tires that you mentioned in a couple of days.

I have a query, I own TVS fiero Classic 2002 model.
for the past 6 yrs my fiero is with 100/90-18(MRF zapper Y ) on Classic pulsar 180 Rim.
I am planning to get back to 3.00x18 ( stock size) since their isn't much space after putting 100/90-18 & also removing the tyre for fixing puncture is a tedious task.
I was wondering what are the advantages or disadvantages of putting 3.00x18 on classic pulsar 180 rim,
I managed to see what is the rim size & all I could find is 2.50x18 - I am not sure if this is the exact rim size.

FYI my bike's rear tyre has got central grooves. Its not worth mentioning the brand since its a Eurogrip tyre
