Thats exactly my opinion too........can be a 200 or 250 too.
220 is a displacement associated with a particular motorcycle, not a very conventional displacement.

I think RTR180 might get Fi........just adding my share of speculation gossip.

i wont know bro........i just read that on a site 1 year before........maybe to compete on 220cc segment aganist Pulsar..... that site says that it may have 24bhp power......

Nops, TVS is currently testing the 180 with the LC along with a 3v/4V head.

I really dont know why they are focussing on the 180 instead of expanding the lineup.

TVS is too much an engg. driven company.. an RTR 180 with LC, 3v/4V head and ABS will do wonders to the performance..
..but with the same old "looks", guys would still lust after a multicolored FZ.

Nothing against TVS or their honest efforts, but had to put down my 2 cents.

Oh thanks i was confused between that and larger carb. Probably they are upgrading A180 because even pulsar range is getting 4v and optional LC by year end.

That is one long impending step which TVS should have taken a year ago.

Victor has a huge brand recall and the bike sales lowered when TVS shifted its focus towards Star and the then-Centra(which flopped big time).

Flame's 3V block in high probability will find its way into the modern Victor and may be we can expect a 135cc and a 150cc option like the Discover. Now that would provide TVS a huge base to grow more volumes.
