Decelerates is a term which is real hard to gauge the severeness of the situation. If you can just be a little more clear as to how the bike performs in the so called decel. Is it choking, or behaving like stalling when you open the throttle. Because this isn't related to spark plugs, the issue may be related to your carburettor.

      Cheers!

It's really strange to see that the bike suddenly dragging down from 45 to 40 all of a sudden. I think the issue here might be the clutch plates, a worn out clutch plate set would cause troubled mid range where the bike engine would rev, but there would be no power to the wheel, you'll have to accelerate more to give more power to the wheels. Replace your clutch plates. When was the last time you changed your plates and what's the odo reading.

That is normal, most bikes have that drag, that is normal. But what's not normal is once you sit on the bike with first gear engaged, with clutch pulled in the bike shouldn't move. If it does move, get your clutch setting adjusted. But if the wheel just spins in center stand that's absolutely normal.

My rx used to backfire occationally while kicking so I changed the sparkplug and now its not happening. But the old plug looks good, now sure whats wrong with that. Could that be something to do with the gapping?

64200 is way too long life for a clutch plate and it's pretty much the right time to change the plates. With clutch you need to change the plates, the hub the basket all the goodies. You can just mention to change the entire clutch assembly to your mech/svc guys they will do the job for you. But make sure you know the details of what you've changed with the right bill etc.

Yes a wider plug gag will induce back fire where the mixture gets burnt from the burnt gas temp. Too little will provide no spark or worse oil foul and may make the plug go kaput.

When I showed my bike to a mechanic regarding low mileage figures, he said its time to change the spark plugs. Im currently using ngk iridium, but cant spend that much money for another set. Can anyone suggest good spark plugs for p220. What is your opinion reg twin electrode spark plugs by bosch?.
