it will be hard I think coz u need to cast the letters and then stamp it with equal protrusions!

So from where can I get the numbers embossed?

Am pretty sure it can be done everywhere. Have you visited any shop making the no. plates? Ask them for it. Else you'll get it in Bangalore! But, all the plates I saw are bigger than the stock plates, so doesn't suit many bikes!

Utsav's plates isnt the real HSRP. And they are not selling HSRP anymore.



All the said HSRP on road isnt the real HSRP. The real HSRP comes with a laser stamped unique serial no. like that seen below the IND

I have the UTSAV plate and I know they dont make HSRP plates, they never did actually. Hondarider asked from where he can get that 'particular' plate, I gave the answer, if anyone asks from where they can get HSRP plates, they need to contact their respective RTOs

I found this article when scanning the newspaper

This is article on "The Hindu" which was published on sun 22nd of Jan. It says that new vehicles hitting the city roads by april will come with high security registration plates and the existing vehicles would also have to comply within two years.

Important info for Delhi Bikers

Received an email today from Utsav, they no longer sell number plates to individuals. They now have a tie-up with Delhi RTO to provide HSRP.

Does anyone know any other shop that sells the same embossed number plates?

If not in Delhi-NCR, then is there any manufacturer who can ship it?

I really need those.

My son's new RE Classic 500 Black got a pair of embossed smart registration number plates [not HSRP] recently.

I personally visited the manufacturer near HAL Airport Road [behind Rajeshwari theatre/Family Mall] and got a pair costing Rs 450 with a set of 4 anti-theft screws. The manufacturing unit has shifted to a new premises near the old one at 800/34A, 1st floor, Portion B, Annayya Reddy Garden, Konena Agrahara, HAL, Bangalore - 560 017. Their new telephone number is 8088920107.

I removed front OE blank white number plate, drilled matching holes in the new one and used the same Philip screws for fixing it.

For the rear, I drilled holes and fixed it using spare bolts that were found at my garage. I did not use the 4 set of anti-theft bolts that were supplied with the embossed number plates.

Presently, none can get HSRP in Karnataka as it is yet to be introduced here.
