IMHO, nothing can be done even if you take care; this is what happened to my JR Reactor 2.0 about 3 years ago & I was told the armors are designed to break off every 2-3 years & when I said this, many blokes said they're using armors in their jacket for 3 years & nothing happened.

Anyway, getting to the point, replace the armors

PS - I'm using KNOX from Helios 2 bought in 2013 (going to be 3 years in few more months) & don't know when they're going to give up

Google for Knox armor & you can get it both nationally as well as internationally

Rahul, I have got a reply from PRS & they seem to have Joe Rocket armors meant for Joe Rocket jackets.
