i did it tightly and din't used varnish yet i will go tomorrow to the local motor reparing shop for the soldering and varnish.
so please tell me can i solder the wire coming from the starting pole to point B and the wire coming from the ending pole to point A with heavy wire which will come out from the magento cover.
and please tell me how is it looking ?
the winding is very good
the point a&b which you had marked just check there that it should not be in the contact with the other wires or the coil body it should be only connected to the heavy wire which will come out from the magneto cover to ape rr...
please post the pic of back side of the coil

ok than continue with the windingOriginally posted by crownpiyush View Postya its insulated one
do it tight leaving no gaps put varnish after that so that any scratches which results in removed coating will get covered....
post the pics after rewinding & putting varnish....

ya its insulated oneOriginally posted by rprathin View Postya the size looks all wright....just check that the wire should be insulated one just scratch the end point of the wire some coating will come out which work as insulation....and also remember to remove insulation from end points of both the ends (i.e. stating & ending point) before soldering them to the wire....

ok buddy i will do the rewinding in the night.Originally posted by rprathin View Postno it is not necessary....but try to do winding as neat as possible till the brim...
do not say thanks some one has helped me and i am helping you
but i have a doubt about the wire thickness as the wire in the tutorial looks thicker than mine. and i asked the shopkeeper many times that it is 19swg wire na and he confirmed me that it is the 19 gauge/19 swg/19 number copper wire.

yes it is pure copper 19 gauge wire (350 gms) and i also purchased some sleeves and the total bill was rs. 200/-.Originally posted by sunilyo View PostI think it is 12 rounds per pole for the 19 gauge wire.
Even i am planning to buy. How much did you buy - weight / feet?
Is it 19 gauge?
What was the cost?
Is it pure copper or copper coated?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
