    Hello,

I Have Once Used Tvs Tru4 Premium Oil Which Was A Semi Synthetic Oil Of 10W-30 Grade...
My Bike Gave Amazing Results But They Didn't Lasted For Long
    My Bike Became Silent,Smooth,Mileage Increased,Pick-Up Increased,Power Increased..!
But Sadly The Effects Didn't Lasted..!
So Please Suggest Me Some Good Semi-Synthetic Engine Oil Which Has A Lasting Effect...

Try the two wheeler spares dealer near the Honda showroom in sanatorium. It's quiet a big shop and i don't remember its name .

Bro, change the oil around three months time. Six months time is way too long. The oil would have been oxidised by the time you drain it. Also, since you use minersl oil, changing oil every three months will not be heavy on your pocket.

        Cheerz!!

The oil does not loose its property and characteristics with 6 months of usage. kindly search through google about the oxidising nature of engine oil and they usage.

With the advanced technologies used these days , no oil is purely mineral these days.( it is a blend of synthetic -mineral in ratio around 10% /90%.

Though i would recommend around 3000kms + on Minerals or depending on the engine roughness.

There are some things to note here.. An engine oil whether used or unused can retain its alkalinity for atleast 6 months or 3000 km easily. Whether it would retain its lubricity is a different thing altogether.

Please go through this article Measuring Reserve Alkalinity

The alkalinity or anti-oxidant properties of all the oils tested seems to be good for atleast 300 hrs of operation. If a bike travel at an average speed of 20 km/hr it means 6000 kms. If i ride my bike for three thousand kms and rest the bike for an year the internals would still be alkaline and countering oxidation. But the problem would be the sludge deposition due to carban accumulating/agglomerating and forming a hard cake.

I completely agree with you on the three month change interval for minerals as the cost is low. Cheap insurance.

If the running is very low (500km or less per month) and less idling is involved, it can be stretched to six months for good quality oils. Modern oils are very capable. If you read some vehicle manuals there is just kms mentioned for oil change. No manual states 'change oil every three months'.. some mineral gear oils in cars completes 1,00,000 kms of operation before they are changed.. this may take 10 years of operation in many Indian cars.
We say dont use an engine oil if left unused/unopened for 2 years on the shelf.. These are all conservative approaches, just because the cost is low and no one wants to take any chances.

My usage is upto or under 500km a month and change oil at 2000km, 3000 according to me is too much, the ride quality decreases after 2k km of usage

You can use shell ax7 or motul 5100. Engine flush is not really needed.
