Every state has got different tax structure so it will be different in Maharashtra, different in Karnataka, plus i forgot to mention some more duties didn't remember last time which are
central excise education cess 3%, custom education cess 3%,and one is thind some kind of special duty at 4%, i dont know why is this duty implemented and whether this duty is on basic crude oil or lubricating oil, but it's there.

Is that Service Manual or Owner's Manual you're refering to?

Chulbuly the quantity mentioned in your owners manual is the actual quantity, if the quantity is 900ml then one should refill with this amount of oil, you are recieving only 700ml of oil while draining which is not ok, if you are refilling your engine with 900ml you must get atleast 800ml of oil while draining.

Get a bottle of shell advance ax7 10w40, pour in 900ml save the 100ml
Best oil you can get for your ride,
Also note while drainage you shoukd get around 800ml. (Safe limit) any lesser and you should get worried.
My bike is 11 yrs old 80k kms and out of the 1 liter I add I always drain above 900ml.
                Take care.

actually my service guys pour the whole 1L oil bottle in to the engine so the oil level is way too higher than the "high" level ) so some times i had to drain it myself.what i'm doing is draining the excess oil till the oil level comes to the "high" mark of the oil inspection window

Eventually that high oil will lead to higher pressures inside the engine and then oil leaks.
Can you take your own oil to the svc? Ask them once,

yeah we can but they pour the whole 1L bottle u know we can't advise them since they don't like it at all.hope u understand yea i asked from an experienced guy and said if we continue this bad habit, oil might leak to the engine head.

I don't understand what they mean by saying "0.7L during Draining". How can they predict exactly 200 ml less during draining?

What does "Engine Oil & Oil Filter Change" procedure under "Maintenance" section say?

                        Which SVC/ASS is it?

If the owners manual mentions 900ml oil at the time of filling and 700ml of oil at the time of draining than i think there is no need to worry, early super splendor and glamour were famous for burning of engine oil with petrol, hence company is taking a safer side by giving the bike extra 200ml of engine oil so in case if it burns the engine oil with petrol, still the actual amount of oil need by the engine will remain intact, just make sure that your bike is not emitting white smoke, particularly when you start the bike in the morning.Did the engine oil leaked from the engine if not than already it is burned.

for the fuel guys here's my manual guidance which we need to follow in oil top up or replacement.according to them we need to pour only 700ml i think they are correct.coz even i fill the oil up to "high"mark i still get around 200-300ml in my bottle remained.thank you.

According to the manual of your bike oil capacity is 0.9l but the actual filment should be 0.7L, so there is no need to worry on getting lesser oil while draining.
