go for MOTUL semi-synth xxW40 or if you want to stick to mineral, get MOTUL 20W40
      Smoke rubber,not tobacco.

Had been using Castrol crb+ in passion since a few years now i came to know why the clutch began to slip so early.
gulf 20w40 works fine to uni and if u want stretch more go previous page abhilashabhi12 has mentioned some w40 oils.
and why do u go for car oils when there are so many brands oils available for 2 wheelers in our market!

Dont You think using semi synthetic on a bike which has done just 2500km will harm the engine

You have a question and the answer as well !!

Stick to the company recommended oil . You can look for alternatives after next service. This is my honest opinion. Look for alternatives only if you are totally unhappy with the oil . In most cases, the difference won't be much. Synthetic oil is altogether a different issue.

Yes... So itself I wanted to use Shell Mineral oil... Company oil is giving me heating problems as well as there is no engine smoothness after some 800km... So is it ok to use this mineral oil or you still suggest me to use company recommended oil

and I don't want to use fully synthetic oils only semi synthetic oil such as gulf pride 4t

In that case gulf is one of the best alternatives that many members recommend here. You can also try yamalubes.

                              • Hi guys

At what interval or after how many kms we should flush our engines ?

Also when switching to another type like ss or fs should we flush before?
