The EXO-R710 we get in India is European Spec and comes with ECE & Sharp Rating. It also has the Pump System. I didn't wanted the Pump system so bought this one. MRP here is 18000/-. I was gonna go for HJC-FG-17 but XXL size was not available @ Performance Racing.

Can anyone using MT Thunder 3, please update on the wind noise levels of the helmet.

I'm currently using MT Axxis and it's very noisy above 60kmph. Looking for a new helmet for touring.

I would suggest SMK twister for features.

Zeus 811 for quality overall.

MT is a nice choice too, but found the build not as good as Zeus.

You can also check Axor helmets.

I use a SMK and my friend uses MT Mugello, if I had to buy one today, it would be SMK twister / Zeus 811.

I would recommend using earplugs to cancel out noise. Most helmets are noisy and the other ones have a poor ventilation, MT Thunder 3 is quiet but ventilation is poor.
Make a smart choice, pick some good quality earbuds.
3m earbuds are basic and retail at around ₹100.
Pinlock makes Ceramic ambient earbuds around ₹2500.

About Git2, is it the IMx 206 original Git2 or the Panasonic sensor Git2p ?
I would say trying a thicker deadcat fur. Which one did you use ? Try the one from Rode, a little pricey but better quality.
If you think that won't work, try to tape the mic and make a good hole and then use deadcat.

Its the original imx206 Git2. I tried the Git's original mic with the default foam cover. Then tried some fur from a teddy [emoji51]. Rode's deadcat is quite big I guess. I doubt it would fit behind the liners. Also it's costly to try out [emoji23][emoji23]

Any other options? I'm open to any other helmets as well within 10k, could stretch to 15k if required. Primary use would be weekend rides and touring.

Why not pick Bell Vortex or Scorpion EXO r710 then ? They are both great. Scorpion even has EPS on the chin bar.
The fur from teddy won't really work I feel.
Try a thicker muffler.

Exo 710 is 19k I guess. Also it's only 3 star rated by Sharp. I had a few on my mind. Let me know your thoughts.

I would prefer one with a sun visor and less than 10k ideally.

Why do you need to check SHARP ratings ? They are only indicative and can be cheated easily as discussed in Riding Gears thread too. Kindly never check SHARP ratings first. If there, good, if not, don't care.

Then pick EXO 490 or 390. CL-17 is also a good choice.
