came across these two website on vega helmets ..so are they diff or same..i cannot understand..can anyone tell me about this

Hi All,

As suggested by a few members I am looking to buy a AGV-MPA / Gp-One helmet.

I have checked many shops in Mumbai for the helmets but donot seem to get my size. I require a M/S size (As my head size in a bit over 56 cms).

In all shops I am getting either a L or XL and hence the helmets are loose.

The shopkeepers are saying that these compaies only manufacture one size, which is not true as I have seen online and they manufacture from XXS to XXL. The shopkeepers are saying that for a snug fit they can change the inner lining and put t thicker one, which will not give adequate protection. Can anyone let me know a shop in Mumbai where I could get S and M size helmets.

HI shopkeeper is very right on his part because its not possible to alter shell only inserts padding can be altered, in india u can take good example of studds helmet they write size on the visors if u check two different size same helmet from outer it will be similar but they will be different from inside. because in manufacturing one model mold its too expensive because not only model same visor should also altered. & one polycarbonate visor model cost around 10lac to 12lac instead of investing so much in same model company develop different models in different size example studds bravo is for small head & studds premium is for bigger head only few success full model make mold size different for example in india only vega boolean helmets have two different molds no other mold have that only there is change in padding. but before purchasing helmet go for maximum snug fit helmets & dont share ur helmet for keeping proper fit longer period & its not hygienic

the web site vega corporation is v vega helmet & other is r Indian vega. as v vega is registered by the name of vega so Indian vega export by the name of daytona helmet.V vega is too expensive.

After long serch i haven't found any helmet other than Studds , Aaron and MPA here in jaipur. So could u guys please suggest some online store from where i can get good variety of helmet and my budget is 6k. PLease guys help me yaarrrr!!!!

hmmm... with regards to helmets i think planetdsg stocks only marushin helmets.... that will be very very very expensive ...

sry i dont know any online store but with a budget of 6k,forget abt Studds or MPA....at 7k you can AGV...so with a little bit o bargaining and increasing a little bit of your budget,you can get an AGV!

if u increase the budget a very lil bit , u can get a sparx too ...

Hi All

There are no helmets listed on Planetdsg.com and on goforkrp.com helmets are listed of snell and index no other than those. Guys i am asking i didn't found agv, cross, sparx, kbc etc here in jaipur (rajasthan) so anyone knows where they are available in jaipur and if not from where to buy.

I'm not sure , but i thought sparx retailed for around 7.5k , must have been a long time back or a specific model . my bad guys .
