got this couple of days back paid 3 k with extra visor and extra paddin

yesterday a new xbhpian joined our tvm team and was having an LS2 (black and silver- same one as i ve posted in the previous page). when asked about it, said he bought it from cochin for 2500 bucks!!!
Damn, these guys here at helmet shops charge a premium of 1000 Rs for a single piece .Without knowing this, our member jayamohan bought the LS2 from that shop for 3.5 k last week.

as far as i know EVERY biking stuffs is over priced it TVM!remi bought the CROSS for around 600 rs more thn me...one of you guys told me tht my tank guard cost 70 rs more too!

2500?? ... argghhh.. why is there so much of price difference.. compared to b'lore is more that 1000/- ka diff.. 200-300 difference is understandable but this is heights..

yeah planning to pick any one of those two(vega or LS2)...also looking at cross, couldnt find any good one that go well with the bike too(matt black with red graphics).
As i ve found out there is so much of price difference here, wont buy it from here.

I was reading stuff under the Help Me section and I found that the a xBhp member by the id Zaphod got the LS2 lid for 2.4k from chennai.. Check this link

I kind of have an eye on this one.. Anyone from B'lore planning to buy this lid.. If yes then we can try going together and pull up a bargain.. Balaji Helmets guys said the starting range is 3.4k... so do not know how much bargaining will have to be done plus am not good at bargaining either ..
Any other place where this helmet would be available??

Guys Believe it or not, When I went to get a seat cover for my FZ from Perfect Riders (Yamaha SVC) on JC Road itself (stone's throw from Balaji). I found Cross helmets in display. And get this it was for friggin 2.5k

I didnt know what kind of a brand cross was (till I read this post). Thought it was some wannabe Vega brand or something. The guy was selling the MPA Flash for 1.5k (where as its reported as 1.1 - 1.2 k here). So I figured that must be a 2k helmet max...

Guys in B'lore should definitely check it out..

guyz lets discuss which are the stores in India that can take orders and ship 'em no matter wherever the guy is from. this will solve probs of most of the guyz cuz many a times the desired branded helmets aint available in their cities.

Here's one Bachoo Motor & Cycle Company. If you want more expensive stuffs you can try Performance Racing Store. They are both located just a stone throw away from each other.

Which shops in Cochin ? The ones opposite St Alberts charge a bit extra. AutoQueen is usually the best bet.

I own one...pretty good for the price we pay and looks awesome too.Problem is,they are a bit on the heavier side.Not a bother for me,but for others,maybe...
