Looking for a good helmet priced around 3-3.5k. Tried out the ls2 ones . Is the one that has inflatable cheek pads good? also do any brands offer both clear and smoked visors with the helmet?
Any one from pune here knows when the planet dsg shop will open , its under some restoration work

Its same as I called up DELL on their Toll-Free number.
I said my LCD is getting hot and I don't feel like using it anymore. Can I have a Replacement ?

Me : Sometimes I see 1-2 mosquitoes from inside my LCD, WTH should I do ?
Girl ( on other side ): Sir, you mean to say you think the seal from back is broken ?
Me : Maybe. I just play game, I don't know anything about it. And it irritates me when I play game.
Girl : Sir please note down the reference number and send your proper address to the email ID I'm giving & we will replace in next 5 days.

The air pump models are good. Also have a look at sol entry level helmets, it's within the specified price range.

I just bought a TiH, which is a Thaiwaneese company, helmet the other day. Cost me Rs. 3250. Very comfortable. It has both clear and tinted visors. The tinted visor can be retracted into the helmet using a belt-button when not needed. No need to change visors. I'm not able to upload images. Otherwise I would've put em up to show you.

I just bought a TiH, which is a Thaiwaneese company, helmet the other day. Cost me Rs. 3250. Very comfortable. It has both clear and tinted visors. The tinted visor can be retracted into the helmet using a belt-button when not needed. No need to change visors. I'm not able to upload images. Otherwise I would've put em up to show you.

Don't know about the Planet DSG store but in the meantime you can check the store -
L.A.RIDERZ ZONE, J.M. ROAD, PUNE - NEXT TO ADIDAS SHOWROOM for a variety of LS2 helmets.
I have never been there but people from Pune have posted here in the past that this store as a good variety of LS2 helmets.
May be that can help. OR - as per the first post on page 785 of this thread - "for any queries regarding cross and ls2 helmets in pune,contact Mr Anil Gupta.... laxmiautomobiles nana peth pune.ph 020-26352350".
Or else as krish and evyavan have mentioned , you can try the entry level SOLs or the new to all of us - TIH helmets.

I saw the 'pump and tighten' LS2 helmet. Felt good. But they come with only one visor. Either clear or tinted. For the other visor I would've to pay 500. That's why I chose TiH. It's totally VFM. Comfortable and cool.

a fake ISI mark probably. Besides, in India everything is in the realm of possibility, right.
The news also said the helmet was left on the bike in the hot sun for over 2 hours, which could have triggered

Maybe water or moisture or sweat trapped somewhere inside turned into steam during the 2 hours and it burst like a pressure cooker due to pressure build up Maybe
And in India, you got money you can do anything... That's why we never develop
