Hi guys, I had bought an MT blade matte orange one and half months back...i just used it for my delhi - shimla - kinnaur valley - spiti valley- leh..etc etc and back to delhi trip. This trip was almost 4 weeks long. at first din't have any problem with the helmet, then the screw holding the visor attachment fell off, I can live with that because they have given spare screws, but what i cant accept is that the orange colour paint has faded into an ugly almost yellow colour. I know there will be higher UV radiation at high altitudes, but cmon ~6k helmet and the paint doesnt last even for a single trip?..Anyone facing similar experience?..Very dissapointed with the paint quality..This wont be covered in the warranty right..?...

SPG Finally showcased the Kronos in their website Spartan ProGear and the Blade Reflexion Spartan ProGear

Now, just just add the online payment option :P

If you are in a tight budget and yet you don't want to compromise on safety then Kronos is for You. But, If Budget is not a concern, then opt for MT Axxis or Blade Series.

I have a MT Blade too, black/white/red combo in matte finish. I am also disappointed with the paint quality. I regret not buying a glossy finish. The matte finish paint is not upto the mark.. easily gets scratches and scrapes.

I would suggest, go back to the shop from where you bought and see what he says. And let us also know.. my helmet I have just used for 1 day trip. In future if its a similar case with me, I would know what to do.

They say Kronos are built on MT's shell, but when you hold it, you feel the low quality.
IMO its totally #NOT worth, but if you are looking to go for a budget helmet its better than nothing

Even that low quality was good enough for both DOT & ECE to approve the safety standards.
