does anyone in delhi stock CROSS helmets??

hey guys can you tell me how much does the tinted visor of studds bravo and vega corah do cost???
which one will be better?

I bought a Tinted Visor of Bravo for Rs 175. Plain one for Rs 150.

Does anyone have a solution to the glare due to visor especially during night rides. I'm not planning for any coating since it might get scratched off.

Get an anti-scratch visor. Some decent helmets in about Rs 700-900 range from Studds & Aaron are coming with Scratch Resistant visors that are very good at their task. Studds Bravo is one example. And yes, keep the visor CLEAN.

Hi guys, my first post here on xbhp. Want to go for a new helmet (light weight/anti-scratch, anti-reflective visor). Saw the LS2 Lagarto II. Its ECE certified. Chk it out

The guy from adventure on the rocks is qouting 4000 for this. Shud i go for it? If not can ny1 suggest alternatives/ places 2 get them here in Hyderabad?

Check with the Racing Accessories shop in Minister Road. He supplies to the Adv on the rocks guy. Quote xBhp & that Sagar referred to you (this is the best form of name misuse) to avail some discount.

Else, check the shops in Abids. In the same complex as Vishal super market, road facing, cellar, middle shop. He too stocks some good helmets at comparitively decent prices.

Somajiguda, beside old Venratesha motors (Yamaha) and now new TVS showroom there is a Vega helmets guy. May be it is worth if you drop in there too.

and have you guys heard about autogreen..can somebody throw some information regarding it.heard its quite cheap compared to others but hows the quality???

The LS2 seemed good. Better than Cross to feel it. LS2 Helmets - Road, Urban and MX Head Protection

We have a very small range in Hyderabad. Try those shops I listed and see what you find. Then choose.

AutoGreen & SteelBird are not generally seen in this part fo the country. I see a lot of them in Delhi. Try out and ask few more ppl for opinions.

And here they r qouting 4000?

Something fishy? Or d ones they r selling here are taiwan/china made?

But d adventure on d rocks guy is offering a bill & 12 months warranty!

^^^ according to the guy who supplies helmets to Adv OT Rocks, Cross & LS2 helmets are coming via a proper distribution channel in India and they are aggressive.

Don't count the costs in the US or Europe. They are generally expensive due to various factors beyond the scope of discussion here. These guys are getting the helmets directly from the manufacturer in Asia.

Had been to PRS on Saturday. He has KBC, Sparx (thats the one I bought; amazing helmet for 8.5k), HJC, Joe rocket (carbon fiber costing 25+K).

Bachho motors has AGV. He has a cool "AGV K-3 Top sword" helmet for 18K...

thats a nice lid mg.
I just cheked my billing for the sparx and that i got a overall 10 percent off for the total bill.. Lol, so now sparx landed cost is 7.2k ....
But yes i did like it at one go and din have time lookin for some more dealers, so paid a wee bit more.
But now onwards, wud do some more R&D and then buy my gear.
