I've looked at the RE jeans/cargo pants online but none of them come with armor as far as I know; you have to buy that separately from a different company. Also I don't think any of them come with Kevlar lining either; there's one that has Cordura but Kevlar is better in my opinion.

Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
Bikeratti doesn't have a working website yet, the only link to them is through Facebook https://www.facebook.com/bikeratti/. I tried them on at Crossroad store on Mira Bhayander Rd in Mumbai. They didn't have my size at the time so I'll be ordering them after the monsoon. They also said Bikeratti will do custom fit jeans but will cost a little more.Originally posted by on_the_road View Post

Awesome!! Thanks so much. I am sold on the Bikeratti denims [emoji4] I will walk an extra mile to get these now. And I completely agree that nothing beats Kevlar and D30 combination.Originally posted by Hammerhead02 View PostBikeratti doesn't have a working website yet, the only link to them is through Facebook https://www.facebook.com/bikeratti/. Re: Riding jacket suggestion

Can you suggest me any riding jacket in such climate which can be worn for extreme hot & humid weather also.
My budget is 6,000/- .... 7,000/- maxI have owned the Solace Sprint jacket for just over a year now and worn it in the Mumbai summer. It comes with CE Lvl 1 shoulder, elbow and back protectors.Originally posted by MidnightEvil Parth View PostRynox Air GT, Solace Sprint. Sprint has some great reviews and employs cordura on impact zones.
Let me start by saying that I sweat a lot more than the average person even when I'm sitting still under a fan. The front is mostly mesh so it's very breathable and you won't feel hot even in the afternoon as long as you are moving even at a slow speed; it can get a bit stuffy at red signals. The arms on the other hand do get a bit hot and sweaty but it's not too uncomfortable; it's a bit of an issue trying to put it back on or taking it off after a ride as it will stick to your arms.
It also comes with a thermal and rain liner. Haven't used the thermal liner but have used the rain one a few times and it works great. Kept me completely dry and is thin enough that it kept me cool even in traffic. It also has a reflective strip on the back stretching across the shoulder blades, which is a definite plus.

I also have the same doubt.Shape of Knox Back protector looks identical to the pad that we have in Breezer4sOriginally posted by bhpfreak89 View PostCan I upgrade the back armour in the Cramster Breezer 4s to sas-tech lvl 2 or Knox level 2.
If that's possible I won't need to buy a new jacket. The back protector in my jacket just disintegrated. So I am looking for options.

Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
Glad I could help out man. I almost bought the Dark Rider jeans a few months back but decided to do another search, just cause, and found the Bikeratti ones. I think they are definitely worth the extra 2k for Kevlar and D3O combo.Originally posted by on_the_road View PostAwesome!! Thanks so much. Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
I need some help folks. Looking to buy a bike soon and will most probably be riding in rain while commuting to office or even on weekend drives. I will need an easy way to protect my clothes from rain (will not get a change room in office). So I need help to get a
1. Water proof jacket
2. Water proof tracks.
3. water proof shoe covers (is there such a thing?)
4. Water proof backpack for my laptop.
5. Some water resistant gloves.
Anything else that you recommend. Where should I start looking? I can go upto 15-20K for all of these combined.
+Helmet. I need a good helmet. Budget upto 40K.Last edited by adabass; 06-18-2017, 11:13 PM.

Studds SMG 4 gloves.
Hello guys, last day when I was surfing through the internet online shops for a good gloves which don't compromise with the quality and which is not too expensive, I accidentally came to see this one. Till now I didn't even know that studds provide riding gears rather than helmet and surprisingly this particular gloves looks great and I feel it is good to wear too. Its got reflectors and the overall designing looks pretty good for touring purpose. Price range is below 1500 neighbors quite reasonable. Anyone using it, will be appreciative if you could help me with a review and suggestion. Thanks in advance. [emoji56]
