I am ok with it. Ask Bibek da.
Also I think the KBC is made in Thailand. The padding and paint quality is same with a original US made KBC. Lemme know if you are ok with it.

              • Hi everyone. I ride daily about 70 kms to and fro from office. I'm particularly concern with safety. All I have is helmet and protective gloves.

Consider this, even in minor tumble, Often, the elbows and knees are the first to get scrapped (hands too as it flies out to protect/balance oneself). Already had such experience. Been wondering what would be suitable for daily use.

I live in Mumbai. It can get very hot in summer and I'm not sure whether those leather riding pants & jackets would be suitable.
Its monsoon now and I wonder how they stand up in the rain. Currently I am using full rain wear, but they are only good against rain and not crash.
Never been to race tracks and probably never will. Its doubtful if I'll ever do touring as well. So keeping these points in mind:

                1. For daily commute of 70 kms
                2. Climate is either very hot or wet
                3. No race track & no touring.

What would you guys suggest as most suitable for protection apart from helmet and glove.

Get yourself some mesh or textile jacket and pants and use it during summer and get your self a rain suit and wear it over it during Rainy season....

cause you can't get a jacket which is good for both rainy and summer times.

i am looking for knee protectors which are idle for small tours/G2Gs and for cornering too...

Invest in good elbow guards, knee guards and riding jacket in addition to the helmet and gloves.

                          • was just wondering, if one has a riding jacket with elbow guards, would he still need explicit elbow guards?

Many would be using Cramster gear. I have gloves, elbow and knee guards which are pretty good. 'Devilish', i know has cramster jacket, you could PM him and ask about the jacket.

If the riding jacket has elbow protectors (which most riding jackets do have) then you don't need elbow guards to go over it!

Thanks all for the responses. Elbow & Knee guards seems to be making sense. Wondering if the could be worn inside sweat shirt & pants. any comment?
