@ vj - thanks. I am planning to buy. And yes thanks again to you and mithingo for suggesting the cramster brezeer. I have used it on a few rides and it is simply brilliant. Will test its thermal liner when i ride to Goa in december.
Glad to help. But one note of caution, KNOX is world-class, yes you have the cost component, obvious, but then don't forget the technology that's involved in making KNOX a KNOX, so yes we pay a price for the name KNOX

    Cheers!

    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Its an external guard, wear it inside the jacket and remove the foam padding. You might want to keep the padding if its thin, the one in DSG Nero is quite thick.

you are welcome .its M size.
post the pics when u get one.

One question at anyone who can answer - should this spine protector be used with or without the existing foam pad in the jacket. "My" logic says that it will provide better protection. What do the experts have to say on this.
      Yes confirm 1800 bucks only

Have seen these. Of Chinese origin, they are pretty well made and do serve the purpose of a basic riding shoe, though don't expect too much. Bit expensive for what they offer though.

Reminds me of the SIDI Streetburner boots I guess this should do the job well, for basic protection. Why don't you use it well and give your review, that'd be much appreciated!

            Cheers!

                  • Hello everyone. I want to buy knee protectors and gloves. can anyone suggest something.
Budget is about sub 3k. can stretch a bit if necessary
For gloves i had shortlisted CRAMSTER MX3 Gloves. any other gloves u guys can recommend would be helpful. mine would be 80% city driving and weekends long rides.
Should I go for full gauntlet gloves?
Can anyone recommend good knee protectors? just saw axo knee guards the other day the guy was quoting around 800 for it with elbow guards.
Are these worth knee guards worth buying. I got more of 1st copy feeling from it.
Don't know where should i start my search at

You've started your search at the right place, don't sweat. Cramster MX3 gloves are a really good proposition for the price. Full gauntlet or 1/2 really boils down to your use, though the full is preferred for touring and the 1/2 is good for local commute, just for the pure practicality it offers.

Regarding knee guards, I'd suggest you get yourself the Cramster Bionic Kneeguard, just for peace of mind, knowing it ain't first copy as you've mentioned, and it doesn't cost a fortune though.

                      Cheers!

Why don't you try the Breezer? It being a mesh, and with different liners can act all weather jacket and a summer jacket if needed too, for that air flow. Check that out!

                          Cheers!

Can the breezer be used in the winters I was skeptical because of the mesh but you are right it would be a boon in the summers

why should one opt for riding shoes?
Is it mainly because it protects in case of a fall or does it offer any other purpose, like comfort during long rides,
