Perseus is a good choice if you want to keep things on the inside. Though I have not used it, I have inspected it closely and I must say that it's absolutely VFM. You get Cramster ones for the price but the cyberspace is filled with negative reviews on those. Knox is awesome but the price is a bit higher than your figures - ~4500/- approx i.e. IIRC.Originally posted by joshi.varun91 View PostBENEATH THE REMAINS.........

The Cramster FluxOriginally posted by punisherkunal View PostHello riders.
I want to buy a pair of gloves which I can use in monsoon as well as other season.
I am well aware that no gloves are as such multipurpose.
But I've read in some forum that dsg gloves can withstand monsoon season undoubtedly even though they are leather constructed.
(I don't know how far this is truth)
But please suggest me good pair of gloves for about Rs.2500.
I've sorted DSG revive due to its rigid and good quality construction. What do you all say?
And please tell how does the balaclava helps while riding?
Thank you.
A cheap and sturdy option for city/summer gloves. I own a pair of these and totally content with the fit and finish. It is well ventilated and has a good air-flow through it. Also has a good knuckle guard. Seems to hold up with the rainy season as I am from Kerala and it rains here most of the time.

2 years and over 30k kms on it , and the gloves is still going strong, looks a bit dull and color has worn off, apart from that nothing to complain about.Originally posted by chaosaddict View PostI have seen many.

ZEUS Highway Rider Gloves ( Don't go for it )
Its been just 2 1/2 months since i got these Zeus Highway Rider gloves and they started wearing off. Never expected this to happen.
These are the second pair , the first pair had issues with the air vents on the fingers from day 1 which were replaced later and now the second pair is having quality issues with the leather.
On talking to the Zeus guy Ritesh Ved he's saying that its due to wear and tear and will not be covered under warranty and i doubt how could a good quality leather wear so soon even if the gloves were not used that much. If it has to be wear and tear why the under side of the gloves is so intact and only the upper side where we don't apply any pressure is wearing off !
Is there any one else here who's facing problem with Zeus gloves ??? or their products or is it just me !!Rides : Yamaha Gladiator RS ( 2009 - Present )

Re: ZEUS Highway Rider Gloves ( Don't go for it )
Hi Sandeep, I am using the Street Rider Pro version, full leather, for last 4 and half months and almost 6000 kms, the gloves are doing fine. I went for them as I needed gloves immediately and after searching for quite a few options, they fitted me well. No complaints quality wose but overall could have done with better knuckle and finger protectors.Originally posted by Sandeep Patnala View Post

The leather on your Street Rider Pro is totally different from this...Originally posted by Parimal Maheshwari View PostHi Sandeep, I am using the Street Rider Pro version, full leather, for last 4 and half months and almost 6000 kms, the gloves are doing fine. Re: ZEUS Highway Rider Gloves ( Don't go for it )
Sandeep IIRC , i have mentioned many times here that the Zeus gear , leather goodies mostly are very bulky and heavy and so they do not feel so good and even quality wise it doesn't feel good. I had tried on the zeus and did not like it at all, thus this conclusion. The construction is very crude and looks hastily done.Originally posted by Sandeep Patnala View Post

Re: ZEUS Highway Rider Gloves ( Don't go for it )
The picture clearly shows the poor quality of the leather, and not the wear and tear. Its very sad that the manufacturer responded saying that its wear and tear. You spend 3000 on this, and all you get is a poor quality product, and poor response from manufacturer.Originally posted by Sandeep Patnala View Post

He now starts threatening me for posting the glove pic in his Zeus page ... I guess he has lost his mind.....
this is not good. They are straight-out threatening you.
The wear n tear should happen in the palm area, not on the upper side. Its the bad quality of leather which gave up.
Rynox guys were way better in this regard. Staying away from Zeus.
Ride safe and have fun.

Re: ZEUS Highway Rider Gloves ( Don't go for it )
I don't know what is he thinking of himself . He din't even accepted to repair then when i asked them for a repair. He instead told me that its my fault and so the wear and tear happened.Originally posted by nadz11.ns View PostMan

Now the thing is that he clearly told that there is no warranty on his products. If there is no warranty given on his products how can he talk of quality ??Rides : Yamaha Gladiator RS ( 2009 - Present )
