Just a quick question: aren't Fox knee/elbow guards supposed to be for mountain bike racing?? How effective are they when it comes to taking a fall at 90 kmph??

Fox knee/elbow guards are meant for taking in hard falls. they are made from the same material specifications as those embedded in jackets.

I had a couple of them. Although I haven't fallen, I can tell they are quite tough.

Okk, I was thinking of getting the pair you listed in classifieds, but missed on the knee guards which I wanted to get first.

QUESTION: Anyone's got DSG Vector?? How is the quality, compared to the low-end AlpineStars?? I am getting a closeout AStar SMX-3 street glove for 2100, and the Vector fares for around 2700, so the mind questions: which one should I go for in the long run?

Nice looking twins!! I have plans to get them in near future...How's the fit near the knee? Seems no strap to support the top portion snugly near the knee.

m going for 2 options:

1)for daily commute from office to home - woh skating wale knee guards,quite cool actually aur saste bhi

2)touring - as u know undecided between AS bioninc or foxx...
