          1) Mototech Contour Air
          2) Rynox Tornado Pro
          3) Rynox Asphalt
The Rynox Asphalt is by far the most lightest jacket with Knox Armors and at 6.5k. For Mumbai I would recommend you to go for Asphalt, given the protection (Knox) and the weight and construction of the jacket.

Rynox has introduced the Apshalt jacket as a city riding solution by making the jacket as light as possible while not compromising on your safety by giving the Knox Armors
I swear by the Rynox Tornado Pro jacket (just had used it for a couple of rides which I had borrowed from my brother's friend), It feels too safe inside, but it is heavy.

I have the exact same observations. And also yes I don't know why they are charging 1200 more for the same armour.
I am really confused right now which one to go for haha.

Also what do you think about Alpinestar Air, the one costs 16.5K? Does it have such good protection?
If I had a budget of 16.5k, I would have gone for the Revit Jacket- http://www.highnoteperformance.com/p...ant=1126133132. (Revit also comes with Knox armors). You have options of upgrade for Back protectors. Solid outershell. You just cannot compare the Alpinestar Air to this one.

Rynox Tornado Pro any hour of the day !
          Here's why ..
-Tornado Pro Comes with Knox armors (The exact same ones used by Revit, Triumph, etc.), while the DSG ones come with some random armors "Claimed to be CE approved"
          - Original Du Pont Cordura at impact zones. The only jacket which has authentic Du Pont Cordura other than the Tornado Pro which I have come across is the Revit Cayenne Pro (Revit but has used it for the entire jacket, while Tornado Pro has it only at impact zones)
          - There is no other brand that is providing such high quality material construction in India today.
          - Peace of mind (DSG has no warranty whatsoever. Outdoor Travel Gear (where I got my jacket from) has a board in their store which says -DSG and Cramster products do not come with any warranty please check the product before you buy.

Other than this in 7-8k budget, you can consider the TBG if you are from Bangalore.

Always understand that there is a brand premium associated with Alpinestars and not necessarily the best
Who sells spidi in India? Anyone in Bangalore? I like their gear, I think they are a great mid range alternative.

Hi guys.. What is your take on the Spartan Scimitar jackets ? Asking since its fits me well, better than the Cramster and DSG.

My other option is the solace defender. Comparing the two, the specs of the defender is better however the fit of the Scimitar is better. If I go in for the Scimitar I could upgrade the armor to Level 2.

What about the waterproofing and thermal qualities of the Scimitar ? My budget is max 6.5 - 7k. Suggestions sought...

Also, which is the best gloves to beat the Leh weather in September, budget 2-3k. Need it to be waterproof and thermal. Would I need to wear a pair of undergloves with it for added insulation ?

                      Hello guys.
I am in for purchasing riding gloves. I have shortlisted the cramster blaster v2.

Anyone have any experience with those?
Or any suggestions to buy any other gloves which are better.
I am waiting for my size gloves from 2 months and I am tired, hands are getting tanned.

So any other alternative for good city and highway riding gloves. Would be helpful. Thank you😊
