Hello guys, Bought alpinestars SP8 gloves yesterday, its a full gauntlet leather glove. Haven't used it much but initial impressions are it's very comfortable. Will post a detailed review once i clock some kms.

          lol
          that line sounds funny.
When I went to go get my helmet I also found almost all helmets to be tight.
So tight that these would squeeze my cheeks.

Turns out, I was less informed and had not had a haircut.

Helmets are supposed to push on to your cheeks.
Also the helmets should have a snug fit around your head.

However, if even XL does not fit you then...I have no answer.

                          Hi,

Sure, you will get a motorcycle riding gloves in this 5k range. I brought a Oxford RP-5 Gloves in a summer. It is a constructed from aniline leather with synthetic overlays with gel padding that provides maximum me comfort. It is especially made for long rides and off- road touring.

I suggest you few references that will definitely help you to get your choice.

                            Newbie alert!

How do you guys manage the weight of gears(jacket, knee guards, helmet) while visiting the scenic places on tour.

Let's say you go to some place and there are 3-4 temples or waterfalls. Do you wear it all time while exploring the places .

Gloves can be in backpack but what about jacket, knee guards and helmet.

Helmets have been stolen from office and mall's parking(of peers/friends) so can't trust the open parking.

BTW I forgot my helmet on bike(I do not have lock) during Lepakshi temple(AP) visit and I was totally unaware as I was struggling with my jacket. When I returned it was there . But I guess that was my luck and blessings of gods in temple .

                            Pour your suggestion please.

                            cheers.

Thanks Nikesh, for the guidance. Did go through the links provided by you, actually looking for gloves for winters. Since you're already using one, can you update on the quality & protection for the same.
