Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
Hi Guys,
Just bought a used N300 and was looking to upgrade helmet from the basic LS2 that I own. Have a budget of 6 - 8k and wouldn't want to stretch beyond, unless there's something really good and VFM. Any suggestions?
Also, Rynox gloves (Inferno and Apex evo specifically) seem to be out of stock all the time on their own website as well as a couple of others. Is the production very limited of these gloves? Is TBG Sport good for touring and short rides?

Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
How much did you buy the N300 for? What model, mileage etc. I have been using Airoh helmets for the last 5 years and they are VFM, solidly built and perfect for the kind of higher cruising speeds that the N300 does. You can check out Open Roads in Pune for details.Originally posted by Abhi_55 View PostHi Guys,

I would suggest a mt thunder3 as it is used by many tourers or a hjc cl-17.Originally posted by Abhi_55 View PostHi Guys,

In gloves tbg sport gloves is the best you can get from any indian brand, they are entry level track gloves.

Hey Akshay, got the bike for 2.5L and it's a 2015 model. I just got the bike yesterday so won't be able to provide too many details as yet. All I can say from whatever 30 odd kms I've ridden is, there aren't too many words to describe the refined twin cylinder beauty she is.
Since I've emptied my bank balance completely shelling out for the bike
, I'm looking to buy something under 8 or 10k max. Airoh seems to be a bit steep for me as of now. So will probably check out something in MT.
And I'm in Bangalore. Thanks tho bud!!

Thanks Somesh. How's TBG sport for touring? Since that would be where I'd use the gloves majorly.Originally posted by Somesh1902 View PostI would suggest a mt thunder3 as it is used by many tourers or a hjc cl-17.

Ratio of spending on Gears
Hello,
Can anyone suggest in what ratio I should spend on riding gears. (say, 30% for helmet, 30% for jacket so on..)
Initially I had plan to buy all gears(Helmet, Jacket, Gloves, may be knee protector) under 15k. I may push it up to 17-18k.
Please give your suggestions. I dont want to end up with Alphinestars jacket and vega helmet.

Go ahead. You should not face problems. I know people who have ordered online from cramster and aspida both and have not faced any issues.Originally posted by Dinesh.P View PostHi everyone, have anyone ordered the items through cramster or aspida website directly and how is the delivery experience ..
