I saw this glove in Aliexpress. Now the reviews are showing Icon Pursuit gloves (in pictures) whereas in the item description of the product it is Mogebike brand. Is it really Icon Pursuit or some cheap glove.

The ones that are shown in the link on aliexpress are almost like the Cramster Flux. Check this-

But the ones you shared on Aliexpress claim to be waterproof. Cramster Flux is not waterproof.

Ali express is the leading online market in China. They purchase in such a huge quantity from the company directly that they are allowed to sell it at a price of a wholesale. 1500/- quoted price can be true. I've seen Icon Pursuit gloves for 1200/- where as in India it is sold at a price for 7500/- ...

Lol no . These are mostly knock offs and most of them lack proper protection. No offence to guys buying them these are fakes. A quick search on Google will tell you a similar story.

I have it, they're not genuine icon but does and suit the job in case you're on a budget... It is good and offers decent protection.. For me has survived water and rains too.. Regarding the protection all I can say is - will survive a medium crash and not the worst of crash

Hey, thanks. I bought a jacket for 4.5k called Kavach. It seems good. Has CE rated armour. The quality is quite good.

Ok, the initial impression of the Kavach(don't know the model name) riding jacket.
The quality seems to be quite good. This is my first purchase of any riding gears, so i can't judge on that yet. It has CE rated armours. It came with the tag.(dunno how true that is)
Also, the seller claimed it is the starting level jackets to get a CE rated armour. I checked the quality of the armour,it was quite good.
I went to the store with a strict budget of 4.5k. and told the seller to show in that price range itself. He showed me a few casual/riding jackets. I didn't like it much,so told him to show different products, so he told me that there is starting range with CE rated armour at 5k. (I.e kavach) then he showed me some clearance wala rynox,and told me he'll give for a good price,but didn't find my size. Then he showed me a Zeus(again dunno the model name)
And told me he would give it to me for 5k. But there was lot of dirt marks on it,as if it were used. So i did not go for it. And told him to show the Kavach jacket,and asked for a good price. And there i bought it for 4.5k. it actually looked and thenmaterial felt very similar to rynox starting range, and asked him if there's any connection with rynox and Kavach and it so happens it is manufactured by rynox.(again dunno how true). I wore it while riding home, in the heat and traffic of Bengaluru, to my surprise it did not get very hot. May be because it's a mesh jacket. Of course in the stand-still traffic it got a little hot,but not unbearable. Thats it for the initial impressions.
Will write a long term review of it after i do a long ride,and check for comfort,weather protection etc etc.


P.S: This is the first time I'm writing up a initial impressions of a product,so please excuse me for any mistakes, thank you.

Hello! I'm in the market to buy gloves, budget would be around 3k and will stretch a little if needed. I ride a classic 350 right now and might swap it in the near future. The bikes 5 years old yet the vibrations are brand new! I want a good pair which can be used for city riding as well as short rides over the weekend. I've have used 2-3 pairs of gloves until now but all were cheap and the just served the purpose for running errands around the city. I've started using my bike on a daily basis to work now and will be touring too. So I'm quite a newbie when it comes to the riding gears, please help me pick one!

Spartan pro gear aspida hades, or go for rynox delta evo gloves both cost nearly same for 3250/-
