You can check 6000 Miles to Isle of Man (Kasturba Road). You should find it with them.

Will recommend you to try it out by mounting it on the bike.
You can also try Nomad v2.1 saddlebags, have seen it on Duke (Mono-shock). But would recommend that you try it out.

        That's great.
Where did you get it from?
        ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

Have narrowed down on the following jackets- Tornado Pro, Xdi jacket, Defender.
Gloves will consider TBG Street and Rynox Delta. Have postponed my purchase of pants.

              Hi!

I'm planning to upgrade to Rynox Tornado proL2.

Any feedback on the jackets .

Or any other better option pls suggest.

Their store was the first one I called. They said they don't have those in stock at present.

Rynox doesn't supply a proper back protector on the jacket. Apart from that it's a nice jacket.

Would suggest you TBG Knight 2 instead. Comes with a proper back protector.

If you already have the Optimus-M, just contact Rynox and ask them for the new set of Straps and Suction base for your current Optimus bag, so that way you will not have to spend on a new bag.
However, if you want to go for a new bag you can check the following options
                      1) Viaterra Fly (Non-Magnetic Tank bag)- Strap Based
                      2) Optimus-S Tank Bag- Strap Based + Suction base

Don't go for the Tornado Pro L1 (I am not sure if they sell this anymore but in case they do, skip the Tornado Pro L1). Be very specific to mention that you want to go for a Tornado Pro L2 only (to the dealer or their website)

Tornado Pro L2 is a good jacket at 7900/-, especially with the Knox Level 2 (T+ T-) protectors.
But the downside is that the back protector is not CE certified, but you can buy a Sastec Back protector for it too (in the future if you wish to upgrade).

TBG Knight is also a good jacket as it has a Sastec back protector and TPU slider at Shoulder, its priced at 9500/-. You can check the new Storm L2 jacket by Rynox too if you can extend your price to 9500/- as this one comes with Knox Level 2 (T+ T-) at Shoulder and Elbow and also gets a Level 2 back protector with Titanium/metal sliders at the shoulder (better than TPU sliders).

Personally, I do not go for Sastec Shoulder/Elbow/Knee protector as they are NOT officially certified for all the 4 tests of CE approval for protectors. They are NOT certified for T+ and T- tests for CE approval. I prefer Knox protectors which are officially certified to all 4 test of CE approval including T+ and T-.
T+ cannot be skipped in regions like Mumbai and Chennai, hence the specific mention.

                        Hope this helps.

Also about the T+ and T-, do not over strain on thinking about them, even dirt cheap armours from Safetech get T+ and T-, no point straining your mind on them a lot.

Sastec has been the ideal choice for me so far, never faced any problems.

Safetach is good protectors again. It's a new company from Italy, not as old as Sas-tec or Knox, though.

Sas tec protectors are also good better than many out there, but we should not ignore the fact that they are officially certified to T+ and T-tests for CE approval. That's the only reason I refrain from using them.

Knox protectors are officially certified for T+ and T-tests for CE approval. And in India, we have the option of having apparel with Knox from brands like Spartan and Rynox and they all come at the same price, almost.
                            So why take that chance.

Sas-tec Level 2 performance is not certified at T+ conditions, while in India we can ignore T-. But T+ is very important especially now in Mumbai or rather anywhere in India during summers.

Have you tried safetech in person ?
I have them, will review them someday later.

Anyways, we have the option of buying Knox in a jacket, but then, no upgrades are available and can't even buy armours. Look at me, I lost elbow armours on my jacket ! No everyone is so careless, but yes, some are.

Luckily, it was a sastec. Bought another.
