Blade...I guess I got in from the same person You referring to....through a common friend..& yaa I didn't care much about the retail tag (price ws jst put up frm joe rocket website) as this was more of a friendly dealOriginally posted by Bladerunner View PostWhere did you get that from? My friend has an identical one that he wants to sell off.
The retail on that is $250 and not 299.

@Inder: I got it through Rishab it's only used once-twice by his friend...& i liked the black red combo to go with my bike so got it...sigpic

@inder.cool: I managed to find a cheap pair of red gloves to match my red&white Yamaha jacket which I wear once in a while.
Since it was coming cheap (Rs.250 each), I ordered for one more pair in black, maybe I can use that for city riding.
@Jonak:Guess where I ordered them from? Crimson Moto Gear, Siliguri!
I am attaching small pics as I have not yet received them.Quench my thirst with gasoline!

These gloves named "knoighthood" or something like that have been available in the markets since a long time.i myslef have two pairs of these and had used them extensively in all weather and its still going good...they are comfy and grip the bars well....though there is one thing that i want to mention---There are at least 4 different kinds of the same gloves in terms of quality and make.
I got them from Bangalore and they were fantastic to grip(no protection though). In kolkata there are two qualities availabe, one at Rs.180/- and the other at Rs.220/-...I wanted to get a similar for myslef again but never found the same one again anywhere.
You can take the ride away from me but you cannot take the rider out of my soul.........

Sahi hai boss..even i was eyeing for that jacket but eventually had to settle for the Fieldsheer(got it from US) as this one was out of stock that time in US.Originally posted by darkknight View Post@Inder: I got it through Rishab it's only used once-twice by his friend...& i liked the black red combo to go with my bike so got it...
Looks good though..just for the sake of wearing the gloves..Originally posted by Sarvajit View Post@inder.cool: I managed to find a cheap pair of red gloves to match my red&white Yamaha jacket which I wear once in a while.

As Anurag has already mentioned, these gloves are available in four different qualities. In Kolkata, the cheapest one costs 110INR and the costliest one costs 220INR. Mine costs 170INR.
The little padding in palm will tear in a day or two. Trust me.
And this gloves make your palms sweat like hell in summer.
IMO the best VFM gloves are Pro-biker gloves. When I bought them they were worth 800INR a pair. Now the price has reduced to 500INR. See my album for the pics of my Pro-biker gloves. Attaching couple of pics of my "Knightwood" gloved. The same one that Sarvajit has ordered.A professional candid photographer - 17000+ followers. Be in touch

@aarunn: Yes, Crimson is the same thorax chest protector brand.
@inder.cool: Hehehe, true- I was just trying to match one red glove with my red Rossi replica jacket. You know I got the Cramster Twist for touring.
@Jonak: I don't expect great quality at that price too. Anurag must be lucky with his. I just wanted to experiment!
@motormania: Yes, they say it is China make.
I can't believe we guys are actually discussing so much over a Rs.220 glove!
If the red one can last a few wears with my poser Rossi replica jacket, I'm happy enough.
I guess I'll tear off the black one soon&get myself Pro-Biker gloves at Rs.500, or simply start using my Moto Mesh daily!Quench my thirst with gasoline!

These two are the best in the business and im sure both offer maximum protection. I would go for Spidi simply coz you cant get em in India. You get the much desired 'exclusivity'.
One's coming for me too.
My DREAM JACKET!!! I'll be wearing it soon
+1 Samyaza...
A* is a lot smaller name than SPIDI when you go to west & its one of the best, My DREAM JACKET, that'll soon be flying to me via. Saif's sis...Originally posted by jadhav92 View Postwow. lucky you. If i'd be in your place, i'd choose the one with the best protection.
If the both has the same level of protection, then i'd choose the A'star's, just for the name!
& another one for Saifu too...
