Hi Guys
Yesterday visited Adventure18 to see Cramster jackets
A Blue pulse was available for 5200, but shade was not matchnig with my pulsar 180
Also went to Mahalaxmi @ Karol Bag
He showed some brand DHAUN (dont exaclty remember spelling
) and quoted 5000 for it. Jacket looked nice, but as I never heard Brand before so was unsure about quality
Has anyone heard/used/seen this Brand before, a samll review will be highly helpfulNo Matter Whether Guys buy 220cc Pulsars or 350cc Royal Enfields,
It is used only to follow a 80cc Scooty Pep...

Now thats a lame excuse for not purchasing Cramster Pulse. Even aryan is using the same and he has a blue p200. Cramster is one of the best jackets available in india in terms of quality, safety and reliability.Originally posted by thechamp View PostHi Guys

And Mahalakshimi's DUHAN is a complete replica..DO NOT GO FOR IT.
Even Chopra is selling A* jacket for 5500 which again is a replica.
So if your investing such an amount its better you go for the originals.
Don't just match the color of the jacket with your bike, in fact you yourself won't notice such thing after some days. I would definitely suggest you to go for it.(Aryan da is really happy to use it)
the next alternative to cramster is DSG(check on dsg website) but in terms of quality cramster lies ahead.
BTW, even I went to adventure18, bought myself Cramster LAPLACE.
I'll put up the pics soonits all about CC...

Well, its the same jacket used by Amit(biker boy). It may be better in terms of fitting but reliability, lets see. Even I saw A*, it was really comfortable, but for both the jackets are we 100% that whatever we are wearing is original? Are the armors used inside the jacket are 100% CE certified? Although I'm not against these jackets but if we are getting a brand, a know brand for the same amount, then why not go for that.Originally posted by L.P. Well, I was searching for a bag pack since many days because the previous one is already in a bad shape and riding without a bag pack on a bike is kinda uncomfortable for me(you have so many things to remove once your off the bike
)
So saw this Cramster LaPlace and at one go I chose it. For just rs.1500/- (even cheaper than VIP, A tourister, etc) you getting yourself just a good deal.
The bag is huge and has numerous pockets for various things starting from padded laptop area,
many small-medium sized pockets in each compartment for small things(pen, keys, mp3 player, etc)
High quality material used along with YKK zippers,
Attachable/Detachable helmet holder(cushioned)(the best feature)
wide shoulder straps with good padding along with mobile holder,
2 water bottle holders,
Very comfortable at the back, complete mesh padding for minimum sweat.

attachable/dettachable helmet holder

The front

For me its a complete package not just for daily commute but for touring as well and once you open the bag it has a lot of room for all your needs.
Anyone planning for such thing, just close your eyes and go for Cramster's LAplace.Last edited by rohitmundra; 11-17-2009, 08:58 AM.its all about CC...

One hell of a post for a bag! Thanks for that!Originally posted by rohitmundra View PostVery comfortable at the back, complete mesh padding for minimum swear.

Btw, does that mesh padding at the back help??? Does it also mean the bag is going to be utterly-un-waterproof?
Helmet Holder is that awesome? Anyway, awe-effing-some Cramster eh? Reads rider's minds and gets the products in line.Riot Engine |Norton WD 16H | BSA C11G |Enfield Fury

The mesh padding is very much comfortable when I compare it to my previous bags(Adidas, Reebok),Originally posted by theslayer View PostOne hell of a post for a bag! Thanks for that!

Overall the bag is water resistant
Yea, there is an inner lining after the mesh padding which may prevent the water to go inside.
The helmet holder is quite good. It keeps the helmet fixed and can be adjusted according to the size of the helmet, however, I don't think that it will be a good idea to keep the helmet when riding a bike.its all about CC...

Dear, I am using the Duhan Jacket for the past 1 year, but I will recommend you to go for Cramster, I have see and felt both the jacket. The reason for me to buy Duhan was that it fits me well, the sleeves of other jacket fall a bit short for meOriginally posted by thechamp View PostHi Guys
