This is exactly what i was trying to say, DSG in this case could have picked up a good mfr from China, or any other south eastern, or even India company to replicate the Marushin helmets which now they brand as Dajya.

I would please have to ask you refrain to keep your opinions to yourself since we have already seen an email of clarification from Marushin previously in this thread. You have been copying and pasting your replies in multiple threads which can also be categorized as spamming. Moreover we dont care if its from China, for all I know and care half the parts of the R15 are made in Thailand.

Before this leads to a case of clear cut mudslinging, advise you to desist. I do not want xBhp to become a fishmarket where one guys is crying our hoarse about how juicty his own fish is. This has gone way beyond just advice.

The opinions come from first hand experiences. I would not post an opinion against, or supporting any riding gear otherwise. I do not have any vested interests in Riding Gear, which would normally imply the reviews/comments/opinions are unbiased.

Some are slightly better informed than the others. Whats the harm in sharing knowledge and first hand experiences? I thought that was the real reason forums came into existence.

Nor do I, the best stuff available globally is manafactured in China. But its the standards the helmets should meet, but these alongwith STM, BHP, YOHE, etc do not. Isn't the safety of its members topmost priority for the forum, why would shedding light on the same be hampering anything at all.
The posts were a sincere effort to protect the best interests of the members of the forum, and its quite surprising to have the support team come down on me for it.

manson....i'm having BHP helmet...and it does have a ECE certificate. It can be the case that you may have seen a fake one or a replica indeed but its not the case everywhere and i'm using it since many months i feel good enough

That could be the case then, or actually i must have overlooked the ECE logo as i did not know about the same being a standard for helmet.
BHP has some great looking helmets, how about posting a picture of your helmet!

Wouldn't it have been better to simply PM him? I also think members should be allowed to have their say as long as it isn't stupid ranting... Just because there's a big brand involved there shouldn't be any difference. For the record, we all love xBhp too and do our part to make its anything but a fishmarket.

It would be approx 34.65% in import duties incl. CVD & surcharges.

The 14% and the 35% has got me a leeeeetle bit confused. I am not going to be ordering online anytime soon but correct info is greatly appreciated. Thanks diffuser and Planetdsg. I am assuming both to be correct, coz of planetdsg's line of business, and Manson's pressumed personal experience.
