Got my pair of AXO Pro race gloves today... good ventilation I must say... Used it for some 12kms, grip is very good. Will update more on it after my semesters.

P.S. : Hope I'll get a better response from P DSG people next time.

I know that the DSG Nero is worth to buy, but want to know how is DSG motomesh gloves ?
Are they good for long ride and for daily commuting ?
Also they should provide good vintilation.

    Pleas reply..
Motomesh provide great ventilation but it's advisable to opt for leather gloves for long rides. They provide more protection.

    • I finally got around to buying a textile touring suit! I bought a BMW Rallye 3 textile suit jacket and Rallye 3 pants combo (black/yellow), along with a BMW all around boots and long socks.

I have seen a lot of riding gear, but I think BMW to be at least in the top three riders apparel manufacturers when it comes to quality and industry defining features. They make great motorcycles, and their standard of apparels is a perfect match. I am a fan of Dainese gear, but after trying out BMW, I have happily switched allegiance.

The Rallye 3 jacket is something else - it took me an hour to figure out the features of the jacket!

Now... a motorcycle to go along.

For now, the suit is carefully packed and stowed away.

Nothing out of this world. But very comfortable, has cushioned zones, moisture wicking fabric and it is goes over the calves so the boot edge does not irritate the skin. Earlier I was using football socks for the same purpose(under my Sidi's), but it was tighter and a pain on long rides.

Thanks...I find the weekends boring now. Will wait for a month more and see what January has to offer. Waiting for triumph and BMW to pull something out of their hat.

Aren't you riding this weekend to Coorg?

A query from my side -

How and where do you guys store the riding gears? My wife is pretty pissed that half of one of the cupboards is filled with that. Wanted to explore a compact bag which can help me in taking the gear wherever needed. Something like this

RS Taichi Gear Bag from SportbikeTrackGear.com

Yes, and I think I just discovered the back pouch for the hydration pack. The jacket alone has 14 pockets or something like that. I find a new feature every time I look at it.

Don't stow your riding gear in cupboards. Instead, go to Howard's storage world in Mantri Mall, and get those large sized rectangular (and transparent) storage boxes with lids on them. Fold your gear, put them in the box and slide them under your bed. These last a lifetime, and are easy to move around since they have grips on the side.

I tried on the AirShell and the Boulder jacket(my favorite as stand alone jacket) but at the prices, I thought I should buy one which could do it all, so naturally it was the Rallye 3 suit.

No K series for me, man. Too expensive in India, and the comp ratio might be an issue with the crappy fuel. I will consider the smaller GS's though. The big 12G is too much of a bike for when I plan to take it.
