+ 1 !! Not just fake but likely poor quality too!! A product that needs to be labelled after a famous brand because it can't sell on its own merits and quality? I remember kids about 20 years back buying "Gola" sneakers which had 2 stripes and sticking a 3rd with electrician's tape to make it "Adidas"!

Apart from being a fake, I'm surprised you are claiming it to be good by just looking at it visually.

Please look at the other options within that budget. For textile, we get a lot of options from stores in India itself.

Absolutely correct. A fake can anytime turn out to be good or vice-versa. Probabilities of both of these happening is 1/100 for each case.

Out of 100 fakes only 1 would be good. If you get it that's your Good LUCK.

Out of 100 originals only 1 would be bad. If you get it that's your Bad LUCK!

Most of the people here like to stick to the latter option. If this fake jacket were for around 2k then it could have made sense arguing over fake-turns-good.

For around 5k you will get original DSG/Rjays/Cramster riding jacket, so why bother wearing a fake Dainese only?

Also, fake products are FAKE, if in real life some of your friends question and catch that it's a cheap copy, it will put you to real shame (ask me, I have been through all this )

Peace of mind is one thing and foremost of all. Fake product will never give you that...

See the jacket personally then you can judge the quality. Dont go with what people say as i have seen people buy astar jackets from the US and they were or horrible quality . I got a dianese for a friend when i was in china. Its pretty good . Its better then the jacket i got from planet dsg ( duhan racing ) 4 years back . The fabric is thicker than my jacket what i use . I have been using a duhan racing jacket since 4 years .

But I've seen better deals on ebay. You'll have to be careful with the sizing though. Shipping and duties will cost a bomb through online route so look for deals which nullify them.

Dainese anyday. The fit and comfort is second to none. Alpinestars feels hard and stiff in comparison.

But the Dainese in the picture selling for Rs.5200 is a fake, so don't buy them.

Looks ok, but unless you try it out beforehand, the fit can go haywire.

I have a 2 piece Dainese leather suit. Have had it for more than five years, and apart from the color fading, it is good as new. Recently got a textile suit, but not Dainese.
