Has anyone here got their hands 'dirty' with 'The Sims-3' yet? FINALLY, it is released!

I know brother, but unfortunately i play games on ps2..... and i think my pc is not that super to be able to support this game....

Hey, that game is too realistic for me

I couldn finsh a lap without damaging the car I feel the phusics part is a bit over done in that game

I too thought of quitting it was dam difficult @ first then this angel from another forum advised me not keep on throttling the thing he said the key to winning the game is to LET go.Sure u will be overtaken easily but then u will learn when EXACTLY to ease the throttle.That trick made me a pro.The touring race tracks,F1 Race,and on tracks where i am behind Nissan skyline i am pretty much unbeatable.Oh i play on a Rs250 logitech keyboard.

Yup! GRiD is definitely one of my personal all-time favorites! Lovely game, beautiful graphics and superb physics/ handling. Loved every bit of the race(s).

The very first PC game i bought was MERC benz truck racing for Rs 1500.
The damn thing did not even play on my PC.I never played any Racing games until GRID came along.What to say it was worth the wait.

Me too waiting looks like the Razor release crashes a lot.Being 11GB i didnt want to try it.Btw these caps are from Europa Barbarorum unlike the stupid AI of rome total war this AI is good.I remember i used to win wars even though the AI has 3 times larger army.

By your post, it is pretty clear that you have not heard about 'The Sims' franchise, really. The Sims is a very popular franchise. A few days back the third iteration - The Sims 3 has been released to rave reviews.

It is a 'virtual life simulator' whereby you control virtual people and lead their lives. They act just like real people would in real life. You need to control their daily needs, professional lives, personal lives, and everything in between.

If you haven't had the chance to play through any of the Sims version, I believe you should atleast give The Sims 3 a try. I am pretty sure you would love it.

I like the game too , esp the presentation.
Dont you think the handling is a bit too twitchy? I play using the KB and it seems I driving over ice.

I play using keyboard too. Yes, the driving mechanics does feel a little twitchy when played using a keyboard, but nothing which one cannot 'fine-tune'.

Any good FPS games that has been released after FEAR - 2 or is coming up in the next few weeks? My hands are itching to play one and sadly, none have come up good after FEAR - 2!!!
