This would be avoided by keeping the toes on the pegs throughout the turn and that is what i have been following. I've visited a few forums based on this and most people are of the opinion of keeping the balls of the feet of the inner foot on the peg throughout the turn. But for the OUTER foot the heel can be on the footpeg. Is this what you meant? Could you or the other members clarify?

I guess I wasn't able to convey my message properly. What I meant was, during a lean, the inner feet shall have its toes/balls of the feet on the pegs, whereas the outer feet should have the heel on the pegs. That helps in giving the rider control and stability in body positioning.
    Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Exactly why I said earlier, that it is difficult to learn biking techniques of a computer screen

Watch those two videos I mentioned and practice it again and again and again. Then re-watch those videos. Just try to practice with a friend who can stand and watch and point out your mistakes.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Thanks a lot. Really cleared a bunch of doubts in my head.

I completely agree with the 'cant learn biking techniques from a computer' and the best idea would be to attend biking schools. But the thing is other than the CSBK, i don't really know about any other track schools that will teach techniques like this. If any one does have any knowledge about other schools please let us know. For now the best thing we can do is try to learn as much as we can from people who DO know and practise those techniques as much as we can.
Btw Thanks for those two videos. I'm currently checking out "Twist of the Wrist II" and its really good.

Everytime you can't find someone to teach you, remember Eklavya (not the movie!). The modern day Guru can well and truly be Google!!! All information under the sun

There are a couple of other riding schools as well down south. Apex Racing or something, the names I am not sure about. Maybe someone else can help you out with the names of the institutes.
