    Hi friends,

I decided to switch over to another bike from my one year old FZ black... a higher cc machine...

    My requirements are
    1. A bike in the price range of 1 lakh
    2. Should easily cruise at 100 kmph without any stress in engine
    3. Should have good ride & handling characteristics like cornering, braking, etc..
    4. Solid build quality
    5. Top speed is a desirable factor

Guys am interested in RE electra too..Friends give your views..

Also give your kmpl data.(JUST FOR AN INFO GUYS)
Its not about just vrooming the engine, sharp cuts, top speeds...A true biker should understand his machine

zmr is the only bike that falls into your catagory.

dr r no other bike till now that falls into dt catagory.

not considring p220 because of its build quality.

If u have already considered the RE, just go for it. experience SELFISM
I would suggest the Classic 500, but its 40k above ur budget and has an 8 month waiting period.

But I cant afford the extra 40 and 8 months waiting is too high..

Karizma or P220 if not RE. Both bikes would satisfy all of your criteria...
Regarding build quality I dont think P220 is miles apart from Karizma. Though I have heard Karzima is better. You wont get to know unless you test both bikes first hand.
At 100 you wont feel engine stressed at all in any of the 2 bike (even less stress in the Karizma engine)..

choose between ZMA, ZMR & R15. These 3 bikes fit your requirements.

R15, the kind of top end this bike has got.. anyone will just love it. But you are considering RE too!! I believe there is no real competetion available in India to RE.

How is the r15 performance @ high speeds i.e 90-100 &The high speed stability and the engine stress?...

Becoz my FZ mid range performance s good..it surges fastly to 80 kmph but after that the engine stress is more and it takes much time too..

R15 guys pls help me in this doubt?
