How high were the speeds and how bad were the roads?

Is this the criterion you judge street Motorcycles and their suspension?

Karizma is based on CRF-230 platform (which is a dirt bike) but then to exploit it all, you got to add knobblies 19", remove the plastics and let go else it handles good, but definitely not the best. You want to thunder across potholes? Ridden a RE before? Ride one and come back.

ENFIELD is just too heavy and hard to dance in City...that bike is totally different..there is no competition to Bullet

I though you would add more than +1 or +100 for that matter.

Weren't you somewhere talking about bad roads? And now about city roads?

You both got to ride a mono equipped Karizma(some fitted with Unicorn or R15's mono) to see where the game is and that how much can a shock absorber affect a Motorcycle's handling and its characteristics.

Karizma's suspension isn't the best on-road. (Ride an R15/Dazzler/FZ hard and fast)

Off-Road--Karizma is capable, but it needs fair bit of tweaks and needs to shed all its plastics.

I would be surprised to find if satyamzma's lugs wouldn't break if he is claiming he rode hard and fast on bad roads.
Ashish Moudgil has won Raid multiple times on heavily modified Karizma and the competition was from Fieros, no less.

And for heaven's sake, get over the syndrome of--"My pencil is longer than yours". It would be interesting to note the comments, once you sell off your respective Motorcycles.

yes sheel i was talking about off roading ....we can't talk about Bullet and Dazzler here since Thread starter has not asked about those bikes..in this three bikes when you compare ZMA will score more while off roading..

@satyamzma-- Karizma is a very capable off-roader sans its plastics, no two ways about it.

Motorcycles are too sweet to be spoken evil about. So I avoid it.

The only concern for me is that,Your height is 6'1.
Else every thing is perfect in the Apache.
Take a test ride, and see, how comfortable you are...
I love to take my Apache in long rides, but its not the same for my friend, who is 6 feet tall.he feels a bit cramped.
Keep the ZMR as 2nd option in your mind(not ZMA).
                      Forget Fazer.

Should have adjusted the rear shocks to heighest position. It is five step adjustable.
Then you will see how it takles the potholes.though,at that position, cornering is a bit hard.

I was putting forward facts, which you tend to ignore for the symptom called "My pencil is longer than yours"

TS? Only a TS is viewing the topic? What about scores of others who come at a forum like xBhp for valuable inputs?

Spend some time over here, see how the discussion moves and please avoid sentiments of "My bike superior than yours" whilst pouring out suggestions/recommendations as it is pretty apparent. I am just calling a spade, a spade.

for sure we should discuss about different bikes but that doesn't mean we should start in any thread created by anyone seeking for help regarding buying a bike..while talking about "My bike is superior then yours" point, yeah on some points my bike will be superior on others n vice versa on other points, so that's an endless discussion which will lead into spoiling a thread nothing else..
