Since you showed some interest in 150cc segment bikes....I would recommend you to look at Hero Achiever. Same engine as Unicorn and about 8 K less expensive than it, here in Delhi.
Recent visual mods to achiever, gives it fresh and no nonsense feel.

If you really looking for some saving then it's only P150/GS150R or any 100cc coz 125cc is middle man between 100 - 150cc...

Go for YBR 110/125. Above anything else, you'll get the best after sales showroom experience(The Factory Outlet I'm talking about).
A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

Any prior experience riding a Deluxe that you could share with me would be lovely! I don't prefer Bajaj really.

I've never seen an Achiever on road til date or I never noticed it. Which is not a good thing from the resale perspective. Also I'm not sure I like its looks, so... But thank you for the suggestion, or I'd have never realized that bike existed at all.

I'm sorry but I didn't understand what you mean by the "Factory Outlet".

I meant the Factory Showroom of Yamaha(in Kestopore, Kolkata). Each major city/market has one of its kind. The people there take good care of their customers even after purchase(which sadly is not the case of Showrooms of Hero/Honda/Bajaj...at least I haven't experienced during numerous visits with friends).
